Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked great and the manager was very helpful. Everything was great.

Good location, clean rooms, easy check-in It's not super clear that this is a shared apartment. At first the other people there didn't let us in, saying that this was a private apartment that they had booked + their dog attacked us. We had to negotiate with them and explain that we were pretty sure that we were at the right location, and then we showed them the keybox to our room. Communication could be smoother, because now we didn't feel very at ease.

The twin bed had scratchy sheets, and the ceiling wood above it sprinkled down onto the bed

Great location, close to all the action in Naples, very clean and good value for the price. Bed and pillows were not comfortable, there was an elevator but just a heads up that you’ll have to pay to use it so make sure you have some change on you. We did get pickpocketed while we were in out in Naples, so just a heads up when you’re out to be VERY careful with whatever is in your pockets/your bag.
