Staff were extra friendly and helped when I had trouble with the coffee machine. Complimentary top coffee was good. Location was perfect in a very vibrant central spot.Very helpful for storing our bags for most of a day. Very nice interior. Nice to have use of kitchen area. I reccomend. Our room was a little dark even though the windows are large. but it couldn't be helped due to location in historic city. Other rooms are brighter however.

the location and the building itself are quite questionable, we didn’t feel very safe. Our bathroom was private but outside the bedroom but I checked and it was mentioned in the description I just didnt realize. theres no elevator that takes you directly to the floor of the apartment you need to take either a floor below or above and the stairs are hell because the building is really really old.

The staff insisted multiple times to know the exact time of my arrival and then left me 10 minutes waiting under the rain... The bathroom was not en-suite. Check before you book if that is important to you (as it is for me). The walls are thin and I had to endure a one hour phone call of a teenager to his girlfriend... The towels shed large amounts of fluff. I ended up with white cotton fibres all over my body and clothes.

Perfect location, 1 minute away from the Toledo metro station and extremely central to reach every main places by foot. Remarkable cleanliness and staff extremely cordial, who let us drop the bags in advance. Extremely recommended Nothing

Great location, easy check in, comfortable room. Nothing special about it. The cleaning team arrived early in the morning (before 6 am) making quite a lot of noise.

Immaculately presented property inside a typical Neapolitan inner city building. We loved its situation and convenience. The staff were fantastic and helpful.

Very clean, and easy to come and go as we pleased. We had to walk through the kitchen area to get to the bathroom which was a bit of a nuisance. It is quite difficult to find but luckily we read a review here that explained in good detail what the front looked like!

The property was clean and tried a modern approach for an area known as horrible, Napoli. However, our experience was disappointing. We checked in, then Alessia (the girl dealing with our check in) told us there is someone coming to fix the bidet. We really didn’t need that to be fixed, however we agreed, not a big deal. 2 people came to fix it. Then we tried the TV, it didn’t work. We told Alessia, she said she will tell the owner. The owner came, agitated and a bit rude towards us, the TV had a black stripe on the middle, you couldn’t properly watch a movie, he said he will change out booking to whatever he finds but in a rude manner, agitated and in a rush. Those people fixing the bidet were acting like at home, walking all over, no intimacy, no consideration for us at all. Horrible situation, we were forced to accept this rude behaviour and rude talking because we didn’t want to move and drive again and go through the hassle of the city. I will say again, nice property (bad smell in the closet, mold, bidet not working, TV not working and rude people everywhere around you). Personally, I wouldn’t come back, at 90€ you can find multiple options. Save yourself from rude neapoletan hosts. Broken bidet, no privacy, rude staff and owner, broken TV.
