Bad location, the streets are full with garbage, smell bad and is full with immigrants.

Location
-
I liked that it was clean and air conditioned The location was a little scary
-
The guy at the reception was very polite, friendly and helpful. Towels are changed every day.
-
Train station areas are not the best of places to be but they have no control over that.

Superb

The accommodation had both pros and cons. On the negative side, the shower was very small and water leaked out, and there was little space for storing personal items. The power outlet in the room was broken, although it was repaired the next day. The Wi-Fi connection was very weak, which was inconvenient, especially when trying to work or stay connected. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and the toiletries provided were pleasant. Breakfast was very simple – there was coffee, tea, juice, sweet biscuits, a croissant, a cheese sandwich, and some yogurt. A big advantage was the excellent location, with easy access to the train station and the city center.

Overall the place was nice and clean. The toilet flush malfunctioned but they fixed it in an hour. Omar, the guy who runs the breakfast bar was nice and he had a positive welcoming smile in the morning. The neighborhood was a bit NOT clean and seemed unsafe. However, that's down town Napoli and has nothing to do with the place. It was close to train station which was a plus.

Close to the station The bathroom fixtures were almost falling off the walls. There was a bad smell near the corner of one bedside. Night staff was on a call talking very loudly. The rooms were definitely NOT SOUND PROOF!! as they have claimed in their description.

We had a good stay. The room is spacious, the bed comfy. Staff were nice and the breakfast was decent. It is fairly noisy but we slept well. The room could do with a few more extras, like bedside lights, more hooks for towels in the bathroom etc.

Good location Good for one or two nights.Noise at night because the door near reception has a buzzer . Guy at reception waching tiktoks all night on speaker . Noise Breakfast is very basic . I won't even say this is breakfast . Just coffee and croissant . It's not that clean. Some insects crawling on the floor

Very nice accomodation in the centre of the city. Sort distance to main train station, very easy to go to Alibus stop. Given the surroundings of the accommodation, I was very surprised by the cleanliness, easy access and very nice design of the accommodation. I was particularly pleased with the nice attitude of the staff at the reception, Mr. Omar was very professional and at the same time very pleasant. There is nothing I don't like.

They changed towels and cleaned the room every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the Central Station (Garibaldi). The breakfast was very basic. The shower did not work properly.
-
Omar the night shift staff was great. Breakfast was very limited. The location is close to public transportation and few blocks from the Napoli Train Station. Noise was high outside the room as the reception area is really close to rooms. For a short stay in Napoli this is good choice overall.
-
Nice hotel with very friendly staff! Close to the main Naples train station, too. The only hotel we stayed at that you left the keys and buzzed up every time you left, BUT the staff is always there to let you in and so polite! The area around the hotel is fine if you’re used to major cities. Yes, there are always people around, and, yes, sometimes they speak to you, but we didn’t feel unsafe at any point.

Very good
-
Location is nice due to the vicinity of the central station but at the same time you don't feel very safe to walk around! breakfast is simple but nice... the entrance of the building
-
Staff were very polite and helpful, The rooms were clean and had everything we needed The area
-
The room was spotless and everything worked well in the room Proximity to the station The location is dreadful, near the station which appears to attract international groups of men just hanging about

Room was OK, comfy bed. Horrible location, trash on street. Breakfast was awful with few choices. Staff spoke very little English. Cannot recommend this hotel!
