The service, location, building. Everything it was incredible. Close to funicular. People were incredible with us. 100% recommendable. All was good. Incredible place to rest. Close to restaurants. I love Naples.

Clean and conveniently located within walking distance to the funicular stops in Vomero. A nice sanctuary from the hectic pace of the Naples

Lovely staff, great simple comfortable rooms, amazing location!

Possibly one of the best locations in Naples — just a block from endless shops and restaurants. The gated parking adds great peace of mind for rental cars, and both the room and surrounding area were clean and comfortable. The highlight was the charming little church inside the hotel. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! My only minor complaint is that the windows could use a bit more soundproofing, as we could hear motorbikes passing by at night.

Villa Albina is located in a great part of Vomero, close to shopping, restaurants, parks and cable cars to Napoli proper. It's a very quiet setting with great staff and parking available on site with good security for your vehicle. It's a good location to either arrive or leave for the airport. The staff is the best part of this Hotel gem.

I felt very safe. And it was clean to the point of hospital like Reception should open earlier

Clean, comfortable, super kind staff. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all in the room.

The staff is helpful and try to do the best they can. Also the premises are quite clean. There is no wifi in the rooms and nothing happens on complaining to the reception or to the property. There is a very basic breakfast available however that too starts at 07:30am. So if one has to join a guided tour, almost all of which start at 8:00 am from the city centre (25 min by Taxi), it’s impossible to have breakfast for which one has paid up. Fortunately the reception guy was kind and agreed to let us carry few fruits/cookies at 07:15am

The room was clean, the service is great, people are always smiling, the breakfast is nice, the bathroom was good, clean, and bigger than I expected, the bed and the pillow were comfortable enough. Comfortable location, very recommended.

Staff was super nice, location is perfect, quiet and very close to transport into the city centre . The room was basic but very clean Breakfast is Italian style (biscuits and cakes and some bread) and everything was of very good quality

Location and access to Naples centre was excellent. Cable car station was only a short walk away and the trip was about 5 minutes into city centre for €1.30 per trip. Vemoro area is beautiful with so many cobbled and pedestrian streets lined with great restaurants and coffee shops etc.....a great and safe location to base yourself in Naples..... Nothing.
