Ylisea Luxury B&B

It was clean and spacious Too many stairs to get to sea side. Also didn’t like the hidden fees. When I booked online they never mentioned a tourist fee or per person fee. Don’t like the Ponzi schemes in italy

The hotel is situated in a great location in Naples, just 100 meters from shops and restaurants. The service exceeded expectations. However, being on the ground floor, there is a possibility of hearing people walking by or conversing outside.

Everything was super good and very friendly staff, they also respond extremely quick.

The owner/host was fantastic, with detailed recommendations and help with any questions we had about the room, the area and further afield. Easily contactable via WhatsApp and replied quickly too. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The location is good for access into the area of Chiaia with lots of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. A selection of cakes and continental morning snacks were in our room with plenty to last the duration of our stay, with a nice coffee machine and a good working kettle! Lots of milk stocked in the fridge with water and juice. There was also a milk frother but we didn't use it. Lots of steps, more than expected, leading to the property from all directions. We're in our 30s so not a huge issue although my husband has a recurring knee injury so he found them a little bit of a challenge on days where we'd been out. Getting suitcases up and down them was also a challenge. The 2 windows are high up and frosted which doesn't let much natural light in. This slightly interfered with our circadian rhythm but it's only a small issue. The TV wouldn't connect to the WiFi so we couldn't use our Netflix but also not very important, just useful for anyone like us who watches an episode of something in bed before going to sleep. We were mostly too tired anyway!

Everything about this place is luxury. It’s a gem in the area. Very clean and new materials. And an amazing communication with Ylisea. She is the best prepared person I have aver booked wirh. Although the streets 100m from the building are full of high end stores, you need to be prepared to walk the stairs to the place.

I unfortunately fell ill during my stay and had to return home early, but Domenico was very attentive and checked in on me throughout. The room is nice, clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. The area is nice as well!

Breakfast was typical of the area. Service at the accommodation was excellent. Very caring staff. Very helpful and pleasant service. The accommodation was located in a very good and peaceful area. Everywhere was accessible by walking.If I were to come to Naples again, I would definitely like to stay in this accommodation again! Special thanks to property owner! Nothing bad to say because everything went perfectly.

Exceptional

The premises are very clean and comfortable. The hosts did their best! The room is subterranean. There is a very steep flight of stairs to reach the premise. Not such a nice place to reach during the night.

Property was immaculately clean & modern. Could get slightly noisy outside throughout the night despite not being in a really noisy area

Modern and well appointed and well stocked! Spotlessly clean! Host was super helpful! Location is perfect! I’d stay again. Everything was lovely, if I were to be very picky, it would be lack of daylight… but I know it is the norm for the type of building.

Nicely located, near famous shopping avenue. Staff very friendly and professional. We appreciated the welcome aperitivo in the room. They arranged the transfer to the airport even if we were coming from another location (for us staying in Naples was just a stop).

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room modern and tidy. It was near a trendy neighborhood with nice shops and restaurants,very well located. Our stay was great! We didn't have a problem but to get to the room people have to climb very steep steps with their luggage. This would be very difficult for people with limited mobility.
