It was a lot different than the pictures online. Very run down and dirty. And the bed mattresses has a plastic sheet that crinkles all night long every time you move

The staff are very kind and attentive. Plenty of parking Plenty of space and love for pets

To make matters worse, after staying for several days, staff insisted on inspecting my room for "cleanliness." While I understand hotels have policies, the way it was handled felt invasive and degrading. As an adult, I felt like my privacy was being violated. The irony is that the hotel should focus on its own cleanliness before questioning its guests. I was given dirty, worn-out towels, and when I looked behind the bed, there was a thick layer of dust, making it obvious the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. For a hotel with a less-than-stellar reputation, I expected better customer service and cleaner accommodations. If you're going to advertise as pet friendly, guests shouldn't feel judged or singled out for having a pet. Between the poor cleanliness, lack of respect for privacy, and unprofessional treatment, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. A wonderful small family hotel

I made the reservation based on information about its location from the internet. Upon receiving the confirmation I recognized that the address was not what I expected and having realized my mistake, I immediately called to cancel ( within 5 minutes of having made the reservation a week ahead of my planned stay and was told that, having paid at the time of making the reservation While I could cancel, I would not receive a refund. At that point I requested that Expedia also explain the mistake and they attempted to get the motel to issue a refund. The were told that a phone call could not initiate a refund and that they needed to send an email which they did. Two days later they were still awaiting a response, emailed once again and I called again. Two days later Expedia sent me an email saying that the would let me know as soon as they had a reply. Long story short, after two more calls from me when I was told that the desk clerk would leave word and reminder of my request to management and to call back. When I next spoke to the desk clerk he said that I was unlikely to get a refund but to call back one more time and I received no further communication from Expedia. There was no refund available despite having contacted them within 5 minutes of having made the erroneous reservation

The bedding was filthy and it had bugs in the bathroom. Also the room smelled like a locker room. I requested my money back and they would not return it. I rather sleep in the car than at this property.

No one stays on site during the night so there was no help to call except the police when some person kept yelling in the parking lot and banging on doors. And when I tried to talk to the attendant the next morning at checkout he was talking to me from the bathroom

Nothing Room was dirty. Nothing is updated very bad motel. We left instantly and went somewhere else
