Beautiful new modern property, rooms were spacious with very comfy beds and pillows. Staff were lovely and friendly, pool area was gorgeous with towels, lounger covers and inflatables which the kids loved

Wonderful hotel with great amenities. Love the rooftop pool, which is very serene and also the one downstairs with the occasional DJ. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. This is our new go to place for weekend getaways!

Hotel and grounds were littered with trash. Hotel staff was rude and unhelpful.

The lack of signage for the elevators in the garage and hotel was frustrating. You had to get off on the third floor of the hotel to access garage. There was not one sign anywhere. I asked someone I saw coming out of a door in the garage and he told me. I was pulling my luggage through the garage looking for a way into the hotel. The front desk could have been more helpful.

This js just an A plus hotel! Normally we stay at La Playa or Hilton’s but this is our new favorite for Naples! The staff are all incredibly smiley and nice, the room was beautiful and modern, the rooftop restaurant is stunning for sunset. The free boat trip to the beach was just awesome! We saw dolphins and manatee and just had a great time! We even got a free 2pm check out!! We normally stay right on the beach but we did not miss that at all, the River view was gorgeous. Self parking was also free! Definitely stay here, you will love it!

The only downside I found is that the doors has to be adjusted correctly, it's very noisy in the night when you hear doors slamming
