My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón was exceptional from beginning to end. Every aspect of the experience was truly top-tier and reflected the outstanding level of service you expect from a Ritz-Carlton property. From the moment I arrived, the **valet team** was warm, welcoming, professional, and efficient. The **front desk staff** made check-in seamless and greeted me with genuine smiles and hospitality that made me feel valued as a guest. Throughout my stay, **housekeeping** was impeccable. My room was always spotless, well-stocked, and meticulously maintained. It was evident that great care and attention to detail went into every aspect of the service. What stood out most was the consistency of the customer service. Every employee I encountered—from valet to housekeeping to the front desk and throughout the resort—was friendly, courteous, and eager to help. Everyone served with a smile, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for luxury, exceptional hospitality, and a truly first-class experience, I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón. I look forward to returning!

Our stay was nice but the construction noise was too much even though it was explained it was quite disturbing in the mornings.

The staff was exceptional and truly made our stay memorable. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, especially the breakfast team. A special thank you to Chef Khan, who spoiled us every morning at the egg and omelet station, and to Viviana, who greeted us each day with a wonderful smile. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and very family-friendly. Even though the property was undergoing renovations, the hotel did an excellent job minimizing the impact, and our overall experience remained outstanding. There are a few operational details that could be improved. During our week-long stay, the turndown service was sometimes inconsistent, and the handling of guest package deliveries could be better organized. Communication regarding temporary pool closures during summer storms could also be clearer, especially letting guests know when the pool has reopened. These were relatively minor issues, but addressing them would make an already excellent experience even better.

All good we love our stay

The hotel is under construction, so everything is makeshift i.e. the entrance, valet, no lobby, check in, restaurants, pool area. The biggest problem is we weren't told it was under construction until after we had booked and paid. Then, they charged us a $60/day "resort" fee and there was no resort to enjoy....very disappointed.

Even though he was under renovations water park is great for kids

Under renovation, they will not reach out via Expedia or call you instead opting for an email. Shops closed, lobby closed, most restaurants closed. Construction in the early morning that doesn’t let you sleep, the smell of paint in the hallway, and elevators that send you to wrong floor.

The lazy river, pool & water slides were so fun and clean! And the staff were so friendly and helpful!
