This is a luxury suite setting with only 5 or 6 room. It screams luxury from the moment you enter. The bathrooms are amazing. There are excellent views of Naples and the port. Lots of shopping in a very lively area. It was perfect. The staff are lovely people working to make you happy. You won’t believe breakfast!!! More than anyone could want! The location. The traffic is horrendous but this can’t be held against this hotel. But just be an aware if driving go to garage first. Then take the shuttle for 8 euros. It’s worth it. Better yet go by metro!

The location was central to my needs for my vacation. The staff was friend and very helpful. The breakfast was included and it was very good. The amenities and the room were exceptional. I highly recommend this location! As I was checking out the elevator took a while, but the staff went downstairs and met me to help with my luggage so again turned a negative into a positibe.

Our stay in Napoli was easily our best experience yet! The suite was stunning, and that bathroom was a design dream. We were also so impressed by the room cleaning service—they did a flawless job every single day. The breakfast is a must-try, but the heart of this hotel is the team. Huge thanks to Gisella, Angie, GianLuca, and the lovely room service ladies for being so welcoming. Gisella deserves a special shout-out for helping us navigate the city and making our arrivals and departures seamless. And Angie, thank you for the wonderful chats in Italian every morning—it was the perfect way to start the day! ?

It was centrally located, very luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice touch and the staff were kind and helpful. The room ac was not strong enough and when we opened the doors, mosquitoes flew in.

Jon Lucca and Gisella were very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and cool. The fridge was extra stocked up. The shaving kit was a one of a kind amenity. They also had extra tooth brushing kits. One of the few places we have stayed in italy who also offered conditioner for our hair and we have been traveling through italy for 2 weeks staying at several places. The water temperature wasnt great. Certain parts of the day there was no hot water (probably due to the building). The laundry was very expensive (we did see prices ahead of time so we werent too shocked) and my jacket came back oily... plus it was smelling entirely too strong of like a perfume oil.

I had the best time ever. The room was perfect, the lady at the reception so kind and helpful and the breakfast excellent. I will definetely go back!

Everything was truly fabulous! Angy and he colleague that setup a fabulous breakfast everyday to the housekeeping lady to Gisella on the desk...totally friendly and helpful with all of our questions and requests. There is no question in my mind that I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Napoli!!! Perfect location and wonderful rooms with very up to date technology and thoughtful touches in the rooms. John Lucca and his sister run a fine and very personal hotel in a city that can feel a little nuts at times. Best rainhead shower ever! If you are looking for a great value and a wonderful experience...you need to give this hotel every possible consideration...it just rocks! The elevator is a little bulky but likely more because of the workmanship doing the renovation in the stairway than anything else.

Great location. The metro is right outside of the entrance and the central train station is a 15 min walk. Easy walk to the historical center. The property has a lift but you do have to walk up a few stairs to get to check-in. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was a good size with a stocked mini fridge. Our room was on the busy street but it was very quiet. The windows did a fantastic job of keeping the noise out. There wasn't any noise. I worked on our reservation with Gisella and she was great. Very communicative and helpful. Angela worked the breakfast and she was a joy to start our day with. All good for us.

The suite was comfortable and the host was very friendly. The small elevator to the hotel floor.
-
The property was clean, trendy and well soundproofed. The staff was warm and welcoming and incredibly helpful from the moment we booked to check-out for directions to the hotel and recommendations around the city.
-
Room size and features The only thing for us was the shower, the overhead (rain) leaked and we had to use the hose instead

nothing

Old world charm with excellent room amenities. Obscure location despite being on a busy city corner. Sign and entrance were easily missed and took a while to find.

The owner Gian Luca was extremely helpful and friendly. He waited late for us, gave us a welcome Bellini and pastry, showed us all the features of our beautiful room, and gave us tips of where to go and what to see. The room was comfortable and quiet. Perfect. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Angela, who arranged it, was delightful. We never write reviews and cannot recommend this property and the people associated with it highly enough. Nothing!

We stayed in Suite 505 in April 2025. The location is very good, with a metro stop at the front door. The hotel is in a historic building, the entrance to which appears untidy and access is via a very small lift. The facilities in our suite were first class - very modern, tastefully furnished with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was very spacious with a shower, separate bathtub, twin hand basins and a bidet. Our Suite had a large tv which swivelled round so you could watch in bed or from the separate lounge area. The front desk is operational 8am to 4pm daily and we found Gisella very welcoming and gave lots of helpful information. You can also contact Gisella by WhatsApp which we found helpful. Breakfast was good, and although the selection was modest, the quality was high. The only downside we found was the lift. It's an old lift in an old building, so scope for improvements are limited. The issue is if someone doesn't manually shut the door on the 5th floor, the lift can't come down to collect you at ground level. If this happens when the front desk isn't staffed (after 4pm) you have no option other than to climb 5 flights of stairs. This happened to us 3 times in our 5 day stay.

Breakfast very very good. So much choice. Great
