The location was ideal to visit the city. The room was very clean. The host checked every day if we needed something or if we had a problem but everything went fine. The host had a problem with Booking.com as he said the price written in his application was not the price Booking.com showed at our app. We lost a lot of time explaining this at last we paid the amount written in our app, we should not be concerned about the host`s problem with booking.com. We knew already that the kitchen could not be used - but we didn't know that even an electric boiler for making our tea in the morning also is not available. The host told us we can use the kitchen only to make hot water but unfortunately also this was not possible to make as we didn't find any matches or lighter available. For us it didn't cause a problem as we took our tea in the cafeteria few steps away from the property.

Very good stay , very clean , good location near to the centre of Naples and only few steps from the train station very nice and caring owner asking everyday if we need something , great communication, highly recommended ? all was good

The experience was not as expected. We were only able to check in at 5pm, even though we arrived at noon and had informed them we were traveling with an elderly person. Booking stated that check-in was available from 2pm. The person who received us made us pay in cash, even though Booking indicated that card payment was accepted. The kitchen can only be used to sit, as it has no utensils or anything to cook with. The room was fine, and the person seemed to be available.

The location was great, right next to the main train station and metro. The room was nice and spacious. It was pretty noisy and I needed ear plugs to sleep. The streets are quite noisy.

There is literally nothing that i liked over there the owner was very very rude, they would keep on disturbing me and my husband. They wouldnt even knock before entering the room. I dont even understand why they need to enter in the clients room ! From the day 1 they started fighting with us over not using the kitchen, in the morning before knocking they entered and ask for the rent . Cleaniness - is 0 too because we found a lot of hairs under the bed and the cupboards. Big room They didn't speak English also they want cash money for rent .I confused about payment olradi I paid befor.

Nothing This was a HORRIBLE BAD experience and not a good way to welcome tourists in Naples. We were being confronted by a very rude host who didn't speak any English. They were speaking in a very aggressive tone in Italian and harassing and forcing us. At the same time the signal and internet and WiFi was very bad to even use Google Translate. We were 2 ladies alone in a very UNSAFE AREA and they didn't understand us wanting to cancel our last minute mistake booking. The room wasn't correct like on the pictures and no single beds as we booked. We hadn't payed anything yet they didn't even want to come up to an agreement. Disgrace and disappointing we couldn't even properly communicate with the property to wage cancellation fee. They charged us the full amount forcefully including the city tax even though we didn't stay... No time to lose, only after money instead of customer satisfaction. Don't recommend reserving this at all
