Good location Poor WiFi quality in room 102; very spongy bed; thin walls so noise from neighbouring rooms in the middle of the night; the lady who met us could speak no English so it was virtually impossible to communicate with her

Very clean and modern, perfect spot in city centre, great pizza place nearby, short walk to ferry terminal Couldn’t work out the air con controls, but everything else was great so no drama..

Excellent location.....large room and bathroom...lift to 2nd floor...paolo was very kind in letting us check out at 11 instead of 10 and we were able to leave our bags secure until we left at 1330. Towels and sheets weren't changed over the 3 days we stayed....

Nicely sized apartment in a very central location. Great access to sights of Napoli. Helpful and accommodating staff. Black mould in/around the shower was disappointing but fixable. Kettle provided but no tea or coffee - just little things that make the stay a bit more difficult, but nothing major.

Nothing …. I booked something and I got a different accommodation without windows and balcony … it was like staying in a catacombe A real spam, I booked something and I got something else. Furthermore, the people we were in touch with had a very dodgy and dishonest behaviour. I will never recommend it and I will also let other people know to avoid this place.

√The location was perfect. √Our flight departured back to Budapest only at night and we had the opportunity to leave our luggage here, until we were walking in the city (without any extra cost) √The host was really helpful.
