Room is very spacious and perfectly clean Photographs shown in site are exactly matching with actual Host Marco is very much collaborative. Good Restaurants are just below the building No points to complain.

The room being bright, airy, efficient, and the location was perfect — next to the metro and railway station lined with many good eating options. Marco, our host, was very helpful in settling us down. Had a good stay!

Clean hotel right by the train but no too close. The room was a bit cramped for the three of us I'm not going to suggest otherwise. Woman who runs it was nice but the bar downstairs seemed overpriced. Food down the street was good. Bit small but a great spot for a quick stay if you are on the train. If I wanted more I would have paid more. Just there for one night.

A perfect spot for one night between Rome and the Amalfi Coast - close to transport and food.

Located very near the mains station,convinient for catch and early shuttle bus or transport to airport and to move around the city as well . The extra 5,50 per person for a place which does not have a reception 24hs or even a comum toilet. Not sure how booking is allowed to advertise the place as 4 or 5 starts.

It was a little hard to find because Google maps takes you to the back side of the building but we did find it.

Great location and very clean Nothing

Very clean and comfortable. Stylish furniture and well located. The host was super responsive with communication and helpful. Nothing. One minor suggestion would be to have a small coffee/espresso machine in the room for a morning coffee.

The location is fantastic - right next to the Metro station and 5 min walk to the central station. The room was clean and large, the shower had good pressure. It was not the hotel's fault but other guests were quite loud hanging in the communal area late in the evening.

Location was great close to train station but not too noisy. This is an apartment stay but I loved the larger space and kitchen amenities and fridge. At night there are sometimes sirens but I sleep with ear plugs anyways because my family snores. If you’re a really light sleeper than you can be mindful of that. Marco was very nice and messaged us on the morning of our arrival to greet us at the door and is very responsive via message. Photos of the property are very accurate and up to date. The beds are a little soft to our liking and also there are no duvets which would be nice as it is getting cooler but can just be differences in sleeping preferences.

We just stayed for one night and chose for the cheap price and location by the main train/bus/metro station, which was really convenient. It's also walkable to many other sights. We weren't expecting anything fancy. Host met us outside, otherwise we may have had trouble finding the place. Room was spacious and clean. Was able to leave my bags after check-out. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room...and we never opened the outside doors. When we were checking in, the host asked us what we thought about Charlie Kirk being shot the day before, which seemed really weird and unprofessional no matter your views. Elevator is old and a little scary!

Location was right on Garibaldi Square, steps from where the bus from the airport drops you off in Naples. Beautiful new design and modern facilities inside a very old building. Walk less than a block to restaurants. Owner was helpful and accommodating and provided step by step directions to the apartment. All the amenities were provided. Shared common entrance with 2 other tenants, but you have plenty of private space in your large room. Nothing.

This place was great! Excellent location right next to the train station and restaurants. The room was very nice and clean and had a nice view. The location felt safe and the WiFi worked well.

Spacious with great bathroom. Nice view of Naples! Close to train station. Amazing host and overall amazing! Pillows were a bit stiff.

Fantastic location, right off the metro and train station. Inside the room, it’s super clean. One of the great things u like about it is that there’s a bit of story why it’s named Bayard rather than just running a business. Marco is a nice host. He received us at the entrance (I think it’s because the entrance might be hard to find) so I find that he is very thoughtful. The check-in process is smooth and friendly. N/A

Clean and spacious. Marco was very attentive and right on time . The way to the room is sketchy but the owner Marco was there to help even with the luggage . Cleanliness and close to the main station

The host was very accomodating ,we came early and were allowed to keep our luggage. The neighborhood was fairly safe. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Walkable distance to sum of the attractions and train station/ metro. The room and the linen was very clean with a nice view of the square. There was a small pantry with microwave, kettle in the common area. The host was very helpful in arranging an early morning taxi to the airport.

The location was wonderful for us as we had an early train to Pompeii the next day. The host kept in touch with us by text and gave great directions for finding the apartment. We arrived late at night and were still greeted in person. Additionally, the host did a wonderful job of accommodating us and our annoying questions! Perfect for our one night stay and literally 2 minutes from Napoli Centrale.
