The property was great and the air conditioning was awesome. The staff were a bit off putting. Finding the location and how to get inside was a bit challenging and was not explained ahead of time. Make sure you call first. The one older man that met us seemed like we were bothering him asking to be let in and out. He also scammed me for parking. When I asked to park the car he initially told me €20 per night (I agreed because street parking seemed possible but a bit risky) and then he ended up charging us a tax on top of that, based on the number of people (why parking is based on number of people I don’t understand). This made 0 sense and just seems like a money grab. So for 2 nights parking I ended up paying €62. The principle of it just felt unnecessary and a scam.

The photos and high Booking.com rating fooled me, and I’d highly suggest looking elsewhere. We paid €170/night for a room that should’ve cost less than €100. After being forced to pay in advance and encountering a rushed check-in process, we were escorted to our room with a "sea view," which turned out to only be visible if you open the bathroom window and look out. The room itself was bare, smelled like cigarettes, and featured a barely functioning mini-fridge. Amenities were limited to a few worn-down towels and a generic shampoo dispenser in the shower. Naples has incredible hotels at highly competitive prices. Skip this one and spend your money somewhere that actually offers hospitality and a clean, comfortable room.

The location is one we've known for many years and we like that it's close to restaurants, bars and at least some useful and nice shops. The view - which you appreciate mainly at the local bars and restaurants slap next door - is lovely and the atmosphere lively and busy in the area. It felt like a homecoming. Mostly we were happy.

We love staying here! They treat us like family! Amazing restaurants steps away!

The is situated near the sea The bathroom is located one floor above the bedroom and is accessed via a spiral staircase. This could be problematic for some guests, especially the elderly, those with mobility issues or anyone who is overweight. Additionally, breakfast consists only of a coffee and a croissant. In our opinion, €100 per night was too expensive considering the inconvenience of the bathroom, the old furniture, the poor breakfast and the distance to the city center.

The Breakfast was fairly simple and straight forward, and was as expected for a hotel in Europe. It was good quality and plentiful. As for the location, it was spot on for where I was visiting. Not getting an answer on the door calling system

The room was very clean, spacious, and modern. There was private parking for a fee, but the owner tried to restrict when we could come and go as to not inconvenience him. Also tried to scam us by forcing us to pay for it in cash, saying his credit card machine didn't work. This is just someone's apartment in a big building that he chopped up into rooms for rent. It's hard to find, up a tiny elevator. Bed was hard as rocks and pillows paper thin. So were the walls. You could hear everything next door and the people there were fighting, cops were called. Don't let the waterfront location fool you. It isn't good, on a very busy wide road to cross to the huge rocks that people sunbathe on. It's not a "beach". Breakfast was a joke - a very awkward counter in the owners office where we were served microwaved croissants, green bananas and warm bottled water. Worst part: AC STOPPED WORKING in the middle of a hot July night!! We hardly slept. Asked Booking.com for a refund. We booked last minute and didn't have many choices, but this is not a place I'd willingly pick again.
