The most amazing hotel room in a beautiful old style building in a lovely location, feels more like a home. Staff were so helpful, Antonio contacted me prior to us arriving with all of our information and answered all my questions, the lovely assistant who met us, checked us in and cleaned our room daily was such a lovely helpful lady. Quiet and peaceful at night even though it is located on busy street Toledo which is a central location with easy access to everything. Will definitely stay again when we return. Exceptionally clean, really liked the coffee making facilities in the hallway and the private balcony. Would highly recommend. Absolutely nothing everything was fantastic.

It was overall good, no major issues. Pro tip: Before going out for the first time, please practice how to use the main door key. It was tricky and took me a couple of times to understand it :)

The property is located in a very comfortable position. Facilities are close and the place is really nice!!! /

Location is great and perfect venue for a short stay. The lift is small & won't take large bags but great for a 1 or 2 night stay. Doesn't offer breakfast bur loads of cafes close by. Good value for money.

Exceptional

The location was brilliant. The room was quiet even though the building is on a main road, as it faced an internal courtyard. Everything was fine, although the room is much smaller than the pictures suggest. The memory foam bed was relatively comfortable, although it was starting to sag and needs replacing. The pillows were great. There is no sound proofing so you can hear people in adjoining rooms talking, or using the coffee machine in the hallway at midnight?. I expected a room with a table as in the photos, but it appears the table has been removed and replaced with a single bed, which I found annoying. The silicone in the shower needs redoing as it's full of mould. I gave this place a high score as you really can't beat the location.
