everything except what mentioned at "didn't like" I booked a room with terrace, but the small balcony was not accessible

Apart from the very clean and comfortable rooms , the staff was excellent, went out of their way to make everything comfortable. Thank you to Carmen, Sara, Sandu ( hope I spelled it right!)

Clean and spacious room The entry into the hotel is very confusing. We had to call the hotel and enter through a small door into a courtyard. Not sure if this is due to construction or for security. There is also a large staircase to the lobby which meant we had to leave our luggage at the bottom. We also could not take our taxi directly to the hotel and had to walk a fair distance with our luggage as the street is very busy and crowded with people.

Central area,close to the port, Nice bed with comfertable matress,nice bathroom with big shower So far for Naples for our first experiance wad perfect, Just night shift reception couldn't speak English then if you need to comunicate you need to wait for during the day reception. Sarah front desk,she is amazing person and very welcoming and she did alot help during our stay. Thank you Sarah

Great location and room. Very safe and great staff that were always available. It was a little hard to find at first- once you knew where it was, no problem at all. If travelling by car, make sure you sort out parking prior to arriving as there is no parking on premise.

Clean rooms In the center of city It’s not really a hotel Small lobby the rooms are scattered in different buildings In the near alley It’s really an air bnb with a reception It’s a cross the street from the gallery and not as the picture They don’t have breakfast

Amazing location, really helpful and friendly staff. Small balcony overlooking a busy shopping street, great for people watching and some evening drinks. The room was nice, clean and modern with big and comfortable bed, great big walk in shower. Nothing comes to mind.

Location is very good Our room was small and window to the wall (building next door). It feels like a box. However I saw they have a bigger room and nicer rooms will most likely will book those instead of standard.
