Hotel Lento

The hotel reception was great Dalila was able to assist us resolving the issues we had with a camper that we needed to drop off, she gave us all the details and called a taxi ahead to go to the airpor the next morning.

Charming little property in a small town not too far from the airport. It’s a family run business and they really take care of you and are very attentive to your needs, going out of the way to cater too your request. The breakfast was fresh and the baked goods were delicious. I had their dinner two of the evenings and it was delicious as well as good wine. Overall, a very pleasant and nice experience and I would stay there again. Nothing thing was very positive

The property was clean, warm and easy to navigate. However, what I will remember most about the property is the people. Over the years, I have stay in some very exclusive hotels. The level of courtesy, thoughtfulness and hospitality matched that of a hotel three times the price. The location was a little further out than I preferred.

Honestly, it was all just fine. The staff were friendly enough, but barely spoke English. The bed was hard, but fine for a limited stay. The shower was small, but fine. Nothing to like really, but if all you're looking for is a place to sleep, then it's fine for that purpose. Apparently Melito de Napoli is NOT considered part of Napoli, and the taxi drivers will use that to take advantage of you. We were charged 85 euro for a 15 minute drive from the airport on day one. The next day, we took a taxi from the hotel to the ferry port (to visit Capri) - that ride was 35 minutes and cost 35 euro. BUT, on the way back the next taxi driver told us he'd have to charge double the meter because the drop off is outside of Naples. So, do with that information what you will, but I'd definitely recommend staying in Naples if you're planning on taking taxis most places. Also, it's in a really sketchy neighborhood. The hotel was fine, but walking around the neighborhood made us nervous. Honestly, if my stay had been any longer than the 2 days I'd scheduled for, I would've taken the loss and found somewhere else to stay.

The breakfast was nice. Enjoyed coffee machine to make to personal preferences Air conditioning was effective The check in clerk was unfriendly. The restaurant was closed, and it was only reason I chose the hotel. Neighborhood was not pleasant. Bad odor outside room window so couldn’t leave open so grateful air conditioning was good.

I like the room was comfortable and as per the photos. Also, the location is good. In general the hotel is great and the people are really friendly. There is something I do not like that the air conditioning was a little bit old and has a problem with the heating mode because it didnnot work immediately it worked after more than 1 hour after I signalized this problem to the receptionist.

The staff are very friendly. The hotel location means that taxis from Napoli are expensive.

We loved the staff including Dalila! And the neighborhood was wonderful and genuine Napoli. Eat at Restaurant Gaetano! On site parking easy!

Location was good; staff were excellent; never stayed in a room this clean; it was exceptionally clean! Did not experience anything.

The location is outside Naples I Melito. There was no accessible public transportation from Naples to the hotel. The receptionist didn’t speak a word in English and it was very hard to communicate with him. The bed felt uncomfortable.
