Polite and helpful staff, who upgraded us to a much bigger room without us even asking for it, and they did it for free! Location is also very nice, many attractions within a 10-20 min walking distance, safe building, and very easy to catch a taxi. Can recommend:)

Nice hotel, very modern and comfortable . Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Walked through a large locked door into a small parking lot courtyard, then into a dingy stairwell with a very old fashioned cage elevator. However when we got upstairs and opened the door we were surprised at the bright and modern hotel lobby. ( It is in an old building in Naples.)

The room was spectacular-very spacious with beautiful modern decor. We arrived late at night and had to check out early so can't speak to the neighborhood but it seemed quite lively as we left in the morning. No complaints!

Their isn’t anyone on the reception till morning time We did find it hard to get into the main door when arriving after hours but where able to get into this was the only fault we found
