Palazzo Belmosto

Our stay at the apartment in Naples was a fantastic experience. Everything was perfect – the cleanliness was exemplary, the location very convenient, and the staff member who welcomed us was wonderful. She also helped us with recommendations for some local restaurants that were really worth trying. We truly felt at home! A small suggestion for improvement: the towels should be replaced, as they were a bit worn out. Apart from that, everything else was excellent and I would gladly recommend it

Nice center old town location

The accommodation is not far from the center, you can walk in 20-30 minutes. There is a metro station nearby, about 10 minutes walk. We ordered a large room and got a small one. After contacting the owners we were directed to check with booking.com and our room was not changed. In the room itself, the strips of the bathroom door were peeled off, the shower was already clogged after a short bath and the water did not run. There is a lot of mold in the room. Also, when we came back from the city, we found the room unlocked and cleaning products forgotten by the maid, which caused a great feeling of insecurity because we had left personal belongings in the room.

The check-in process was smooth and without any hassle, the staff was friendly, welcoming and very responsive ? There is not a thing which I didn’t like, everything was amazing and taken care of, kudos to the staff!

AC was good, price was ok. No parking advice was given, when asked ( there are some venues around btw.) Metro is 500m away and not 120m as advertised. don't know why but they asked for City Tax again even though it was included in the total price already according to booking.com. Quite far from the center (around 20 min. Walk). Only 2 (one large one single) blanket for 4 people (actually 5 if you would count our 3y old, but she was free...) mattresses too thin and uncomfortable, (Sofa bed's)

Extremely clean and perfect location in Napoli. Staff was very helpful with us checking in at a later time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience we will be back. The beds are a little firm but the room is beautiful and clean.

Room was small and clean, in a good location near a metro station. Location very close to metro station.. Fridge in room did not work and had to be replaced, but it was done within a day. Shower head in bathroom was old and leaked water on the bathroom floor. Drains in bathroom were inclined to smell.

There was clean ant comfortable.

Daniela and her staff walk the extra mile to make you feel at home, away from home.

Staff were very flexible and helpful - allowed us to have a late check out when we had a cancelled flight. Very clear instructions. Close to the airport . Poor wifi signal but not an issue if you’re only there for a short period.

It is one building with high ceiling and big terrace for family room. We enjoy it very much. Close to metro station.

Good location near a subway station, quiet place and spacious room even with four guests. Service was great, detailed instructions and attention to the requests on WhatsApp No lift, but not much of a hessle

A fresh and quiet room, with a very nice coffee machine. Simple and nice decoration with a small fridge, just what we needed. You can tell that the place just (re)opened. Some of the facilities really needed a start check : the AC was loosing water and hot air in the room, the shower's light was not functionnal and the drain was stucked. But we're sure that's nothing a bit of use could fix.
