Great location

Good location, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Good bed, quiet. Lot of moskitoes, got badly bitten during night though windows were closed. Tv didnt work for 2 days as no batteries in remote. No english speaking channel. Aircon very loud, so must be broken.

This property was clean and easy to find!

It's within walking distance of the inner city, but far enough away so it's nice and quiet. Within a few minutes walking there's 2 different metro stations, making traveling around easy. The bed was memory foam and super comfortable. Room is fairly spacious and has air conditioning. Has a great price for the offering. As some other reviewers have also probably mentioned, communication with the host was a bit interesting. I got a whatsapp message in the morning telling me about 2 doors with codes on them, and a room number. Fortunately for me they sent the right codes, as others have had less fortune in that area. There was no one to greet me or guide me, so I had to find a green metal door on the other side of the building than what Google Maps told me. After my first night I got a message that they went into my room looking for documents. After clarifying with them, turns out they needed a picture of my passport, which is fine. But it would have been nice if they asked me about this in their earlier messages, so I could have known what to provide, instead of expecting me to be clairvoyant. When I wanted to leave, I didn't find a way to unlock the inner door. No instruction on this either. Eventually I spotted a switch in the office downstairs with a little label to open the door. Fortunately that worked.

The room was clean and good size It was hidden from the street and very difficult to locate. At night we had to go through a back door and 3 flights of winding steps. Had to use codes to get in and out of the building from an alley No lobby or office We saw the manager once only when we checked in. I have been gone and when I return to the US I need for Booking .com to call me. I never have been double charged nor had a problem either Booking .com before this. Thank you. Bonnie F John

Great location and not far from the ferry. Beautiful, clean, and spacious room. Would return!

The room was almost perfect. I say almost, because hot water is limited. I enjoy to stay under shower for 15 minutes and the hot water was over. Beside it, everything was good. I enjoyed staying here. The biggest bonus is closed parking, so you can not be afraid about your car -

Nice and well kept apartment in good location. Helpful staff. Also organised for pickup at train station. Like in Italy , be prepared for stairs - especially when travelling with luggage. Though staff was helpful.

Web site indicated breakfast would be available at the downstairs attached restaurant however this restaurant was closed until afternoon. Check in process was a little confusing. You enter a large door into a big courtyard with several apts and businesses. The Bijoux sign was not on the correct outside door. If you are mobility impaired this may not be the place for you as there is a steep narrow winding stair case that leads to the rooms.

Good location in a nice and calm area. Not too far from piazza del plebiscito and Via Toledo. The room is quite big and we were provided with towels , soap and shower gel. Communication with the owner could be better. You are not provided with check-in instructions till you call him and the property is a bit difficult to find rather than this, I would recommend it.

Although this place is listed as Bed&Breakfast but the breakfast was not included. However there was great cafe nearby to grab a delicious espresso or croissant ? The AC wall unit was not properly functioning. Specifically in hot and humid summer months , this feature is crucial.

The beds were so nice and the air conditioning worked great. Also it felt very safe and was in a great area The water pressure for the sink was bad.

The accommodation was more or less clean We tried to contact the owner several times but he never responded or earliest 24 hours later. This is not helpful when you are standing in front of a closed door in the middle of the night, without any code to enter. Awful communication! We kindly asked the cleaning lady for additional bed sheets and spent 15 mins with google translate as she did not understand English. In the end she understood but never brought the bed sheets.

Location Looks better in the pictures. The staircase to go to the rooms is very small and steep which is not good with suitcases. The room was not too clean with dust on the bedside table. Water pressure was terrible, I had to take off the shower head.
