The room with balcony, cleanliness and location.

The apartment had a very good location, close to the metro station (only 1 minute away), which made it very convenient to move around the city. We walked a lot to reach the main attractions, usually 35–40 minutes on foot, and this way we explored almost the whole city before easily returning by metro. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything needed for a nice stay. The towels could have been fresher, as the material felt a bit worn out. The floor also seemed like it was only vacuumed and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Otherwise, the overall experience was very good and pleasant, and the owner really made an effort to ensure that nothing was missing.

The hot water pressure left something to be desired, and some hooks in the bathroom would be a nice touch.

I liked the behavior of the staff and the location. I did not like the soundproofing, entering the apartment without notice (we answered "do not enter" to the inquiry), access to light during the night, charging for the service (transportation) which is listed as a service with the accommodation and weak WiFi signal.

We loved staying at Terno su Napoli! The foom was clean and the bed comfortable! We’ve had AC, mini fridge and breakfast included, which was a pastry and coffee! -

The location was really good. The building is nice. We liked the possibility to choose a breakfast for the other day online (although it was only parties pastry and coffee or juice that was included in the price). Limited (in choice and size) options for breakfast. Very small room. Bathroom was nice but the shower was tiny, hard to use for an adult. The owner recommended us a private parking located nearby and gave us the contract to people who run it but they didn’t speak english.

Good place near metro. 2 good bars in the same building, but you don’t hear anything at apartments. Top panoramic windows. Tasty breakfast and unbelievable hosts (connect all the time)

Very quiet Clean It says it is suitable for disabled people it is not. I was advised there were a couple of steps but about 5 all together If anyone had a normal wheelchair it would not fit in the lift, we struggled with a slim chair. We didn’t realise you had to book breakfast as we didn’t get the message until 11pm Plus it was 10 euros extra per person.

We both liked the style of the place and that it was quite spacious. Bed was very comfortable and I loved the drinks in the mini fridge and the coffee maker in the room! The host was also very nice, my girlfriend arrived with a sprained ankle already and he helped to accommodate us with everything we asked for. The breakfast was delicious however we had to do the order on an Italian form every day which is a bit of a challenge if you don't speak the language. Also you can hear everything what's going on outside in the lounge area especially in the morning, such as cleaning, coffee maker, talking as it's in a very close proximity.

The owner Luigi was always available and helpful. The room was very clean and well kept. The location is perfect as it is in a fancy neighborhood and the Medaglie d'Oro metro station is also very near. The room was big enough and comfortable. As a general problem in the center of Naples, parking is always a serious issue if you are travelling by car.

The location is near the 2 metro stations (5 min walk) in Vomero neighborhood. Nearby you have a supermarket and a lots of places were you can hang out. Castel Sant Elmo is also near (20 min walk). The owner was very helpful with us.The cleaning was made every day. We had an espressor with 2 capsules in our room and some tea bags.The room has a balcony wich is nice. The room is very small (15m2), the bathroom hasn't natural ventilation and it had a musty smell. Also, the room had thin walls and you can hear all the noise in the street and the neighboors when they make a shower or talk.The towels should have been changed after 3 nights,but they weren't. The sheets had a strange smell,not very ok. The breakfast is a list from were you can choose a croissant and a coffee. If you wanted a consitent one, you have to pay 10euro. The shower cabin is very very very tiny ( you can't tell from the photos). The bad wasn't comfy and it creaked.

Big spacious rooms. Near subway Medalgie D’oro. Clean! Vomero is a beautiful area in Napoli and its safe! Everything is a few minutes away by the metro.

if your sim is to go to the centre of Napoli and book day trips to Amalfi Positano and sorrento coast the metro is just around the corner of this hotel on the left and the name of that stop medaglie d’oro and it’s line one towards garibaldi station which is the centre of Naples :)

the owners communicate very easily over WhatsApp and provided us with access to the B&B you can order breakfast over a link and they serve it to your room, awesome! the area is super nice (Vomero) and not typically touristic at all, you have metro near by. the bed was super comfortable, big plus! the only downside for me is the noise that goes through the walls, because it’s an old building. I also would replace the door to the room with a thicker/better closed one, so it keeps the noise from the hall out a bit. But I am also really sensitive when it comes to noise so I carry earplugs with me, so it wasn’t a problem after all.
