Warm and welcoming staff, place is clean and comfortable Location is a bit problematic, especially at night time

Great location by the train station. Staff was very helpful

Clean and bright and great breakfast. We were a bit weary upon entering the building, as it was dark, dirty and a bit scary. BUT, up two flights of stairs and through a big wooden door, the little hotel is perfect. We felt safe and sound with a lovely, helpful staff. We walked from the train station (about ten minutes) and took a taxi to the airport the next day (only 30 Euro for a van, which was arranged by the gentleman on duty at the reception desk.) I think they should advertise, or show, what it looks like when you arrive so you aren’t so taken aback but the appearance on the street level.

The location was bad, felt unsafe, no lobby and entrance was dirty and run down. AC would not get low enough.
-
The neighborhood is, sadly, shady. This said, the hotel is very close to the train station, a metro station, and lots of restaurants, cafés, ets.
-
The entrance wasn't welcoming at all and we almost look for other place.

Our room was newly renovated and beautiful! We were traveling from Florence and got in late and Aldo waited for us and even set a taxi to the airport up for us the next morning. It was the exact price we were told and early! Thank you to Aldo! He was excellent! One small suggestion would be to get larger bath towels but we really liked everything!

This property was in a very, very bad part of the city and my husband and I did not feel safe staying so we left after being in the room, long enough to find another hotel. The area surrounding the hotel and the extremely small elevator was filthy and smelled of dampness and mold. right outside the door of the hotel if you could call it that or homeless people sleeping, graffiti all over everything and trash piled up on the streets. Decent place in the rough part of Naples Signage. Tiny sign, tough to find

Location Breakfast could have more options

The location is great. Close to the station and the heart of Naples

The room was clean, and we had everything we needed, including the free water bottles provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Additionally, the location was excellent; being so close to the central station made it very convenient for us. During my stay, the air conditioning was not working. I am sharing this so the property can address the issue for future guests.

The staff was very nice. Everything aside from the staff was bad. The rooms appeared nice, but really you can tell corners were cut. Location is awful. It’s a very dirty area. The building feels like a jail. The “hotel” is really just a hallway of rooms on a floor “suite”.

We enjoyed our stay in Naples. The location was great because of its proximity to the train station and many good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. A shout out to the staff who were always kind, courteous and unfailingly helpful. Thank you so very much. Could have better coffee.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The prices are fair, and it’s easy to reach from the airport using the Alibus

Breakfast is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Aldo. The location is near the central station which is not 100% safe.

Clean room and it is very close to the train station and restaurants. Good breakfast. It was difficult to locate this property
-
Very friendly staff, taking care of us very well. Good breakfast. The room was noisy with the window open, but when we figure out how to use the AC and closed the window, it was very comfortable. Hard to find it - it's located on the the second floor of the regular building, hard to drop off the luggage, no parking at the front, and the location, while very close to historical center, is not optimal.

Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and how this matter has been handled. I rented this hotel stay with the reasonable expectation that your company properly vets its providers and ensures that listings accurately represent both the property and its surroundings. That expectation was not met. The AuRoom Hotel was advertised with images and descriptions that do not reflect the actual reality of its location. Upon arrival, it became immediately apparent that the hotel is situated in an area that raised serious safety concerns, including visible drug use, individuals engaging in prostitution, homeless encampments, garbage, and broken glass throughout the surrounding streets. Based on these conditions, we made the reasonable and necessary decision not to check in and to leave the area immediately for our personal safety. I contacted your company right away to report the situation. Despite providing numerous photos clearly documenting the surrounding conditions, your team chose to side with the vendor rather than advocate for the customer. It is extremely concerning that your department deemed these conditions acceptable for guests. Notably, the on-site hotel manager acknowledged that the hotel is located in a very bad area, while dismissively stating that this is “normal in Europe.” That statement does not excuse misleading advertising, nor does it negate legitimate safety concerns for travelers who relied on your platform’s representations. This situation constitutes misrepresentation of the property and a failure of duty of care. I did not receive the service that was advertised, nor was I obligated to place myself or my family in an unsafe environment in order to preserve your vendor’s interests.
