B&B A' Casarella

The bed was very comfortable, I loved the color of the room (I know -random :) ). Stefano was very easy to communicate with and very helpful to address any questions I had. Overall nothing :) . The neighborhood was a bit gritty - but that's not the concern of the hotel.

This facility is in the middle of of an area filled with trash and graffiti all over. Once we climbed two flights of stairs the room was Ok. Breakfast consisted of a bunch of cookies left on the table, 4 eggs left in the refrigerator with 2 bottles of water and milk and a few sweet drinks. A coffeemaker that did not work. At least for us or we didn’t understand how to operate not sure.

The B&B is located near the central station and city centre. While the streets are quite noisy, earplugs have helped us sleep better. We stayed in the Capri room and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Overall, we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The quality of the shower gel and shampoo.

The room was equipped with everything you need, from towels, to hair dryer, to cutlery, etc. A clean and welcoming space. I would improve the breakfast as there are a lot of sweets you can have, fully appreciated, but not diverse options.

Staff really friendly and responsive. Tiny but cozy apartment - relevant quality for this low price. Location 15min on feet from Stazione Centrale.

In terms of getting to places the location was excellent and the facilities were fine, breakfast vouchers were for a good cafe, food and service excellent Street noise a pest especially loud sudden noise a bit disturbing

I really liked my room! The bed and the sheets were comfy. It was nicely decorated, the bathroom had everything. It was a great deal for my weekend in Naples. Very recommend it. The area is noisy, it was the weekend, so it was even more, but I think that is a Naples general situation. In Summer, with the air-conditioner on, it should be different. However, you get earplugs from the house.

I have had a very comfortable stay. The room I had was spacious and well-designed, the bed was very comfortable and the little bathroom had all I needed. It was very enjoyable to get breakfast vouchers to be used in a very good and beautiful local cafe. I never met any staff, but had a good contact with the manager through Whatsapp. The area is well located strategically. Check-in had to be done remotely and online - no choice of on site check-in. I felt quite uncomfortable to be forced to upload a copy of my passport through an unsecured online link. There was a shared kitchen, however with very little equipment and dishes.

The location was great and safe, near to the main stations and cafe options. We used the bunk beds so the sofa was available and left plenty of space in the apartment. The host was friendly and sent great info for check in. Naples is a busy place but the apartment was quiet when the balcony doors were closed, and it was lovely to be able to have them open. The breakfast seems to have changed from the set up of going to the bakery across the road to provided cereal and snacks in the room but isn't really clear. But there was milk, juice, hot drinks and plenty of food choice provided and restocked throughout so was still great.

The room was very clean and had just everything you need for a three night stay. Enough space for luggage and clothes. Clear directions were provided by the host. Good value for money! You can hear the noise from the street so earplugs are recommended at night, but come on, it’s Naples so I guess it’s pretty loud everywhere ;)

The room was cozy, comfy and clean.. The location was superb. The host was very nice snd made check in and out very easy.

The breakfast is provided by ticket and you can have a drink and a pastry and it is very fresh and delicious. The inside was renovated and great but the outside of the building is old. However, I think it is normal in Naples.
