They were very cordial, and clear on their terms, which is appreciated! I also liked that the market for food and the metro station are all in the same block!

Very Comfortable. The only bad thing is that no one is in the bnb when you arrive, so you’ll probably have to wait.

The property is in the centre making it very easy to get everywhere The toilet seems to work on a pump system so it doesn’t flush properly. The shower gives you more of a misting. No kettle in the room or the kitchen.

I highly recommend! And I’m usually very picky. Lovely place, it’s authentic! Missing some soap and shampoo in the shower:)

No complaints

- Excellent location: only 10 minutes walking to the city center. - Very close to Metro Cavour, which is just one stop from the train station—great for visiting Pompei, Caserta, and Ercolano. - Basic amenities advertised were missing: no complimentary toiletries, bathrobes, or slippers. - The room was poorly maintained: not functioning TV, faulty toilet and shower. - Towels weren’t changed during a 6-night stay, despite room service. - Additional blankets provided were dirty, and the overall furnishings felt neglected and minimal. - The kitchen shown in photos was NOT USABLE. - Misleading holiday photos created expectations that weren’t met: nothing festive or special for Christmas as showen in the picture. While the location is convenient for short stays, the bare minimum provided and lack of attention to detail make it hard to recommend for longer visits. It’s passable but not cozy or special.

The location is very central. The room is huge. No Breakfast Pay 5 Euros for air conditioner

The description mentioned breakfast included but there was no breakfast. The small bed was very uncomfortable as it is pretty old and every time you turn around it sounds like it is going to break down. I was told by the host that we needed to pay in cash while the transaction was already pending in my bank account. I spent more than 2 hours trying to explain that I was not going to pay cash because the transaction was as done on my credit card. You have to be careful specially when they ask for cash. Even Booking.com mentions form of payment and cash is a no no.

The host was excellent. Went above and beyond to help us. The location could not have been better. Walking to places was perfect. Lots of stores restaurants and busses within walking distance. The rooms were very clean. The room we had was a little dated and the sitting chairs were not comfortable. The kitchen was not a functioning kitchen but did have a fridge. Maybe a kettle or coffee maker would be a good small improvement. All in all this would not stop us from returng for another stay. The host made up for any small flaws

Quirky, interesting apartment in lively location Lumpy, uncomfortable chairs, and no table. Needs new towels and a couple of glasses.

The aesthetic and the area were perfect , the metro was nearby (2 minute walk) and having all the restaurants and fruit shops right below our window in the morning gave the perfect vibe ! The room was very comfortable as well and to be honest everything was perfect! N/A

The property was in a very clean state from the bedroom to the bathroom! The room was also cleaned daily and the bed set fresh. The room had a really effective air conditioner system which was vital in the Napoli heat. The location was ideal, very easy to get to from the airport; also easily accessible to all the attractions and to do things in Napoli all by foot (however will recommend some good walking shoes) The host leaves a set of bar soap and shampoo with some body wash as well as a set of towels for use which was useful. There is a kitchen available however we did not use it The toilet had a bizarre smell however upon exploring Napoli I realised it’s a Napoli problem with their pipe system rather than the properties problem however it still smelt a bit bizarre a times. I don’t know if there is anything that could be done for that to be honest

Exceptional

No breakfast the flush of the toilet was pathetic the bed was broken from bottom the bathroom was too compact

Location was great, host was very kind. The beds were terrible, very creaky and uncomfortable. The double bed was perched on little blocks of wood, ready to collapse at any moment. The bathroom was also very bad, toilet didn't flush properly, we had to use a bucket to pour water down the toilet. Shower very small and very low water pressure so it was very hard to have a normal shower. A photo of this particular bathroom is not provided, now we know why.

Clean and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and shops. Located in the heart of Naples however, we had to use an Uber to get to any tour meeting points as it was too far to walk. The area is busy, so AC was a must (extra cost) as we couldn't have the windows open at night due to the noise.

WiFi was not great quality, toilet pump was very loud.

Genny was the most loveliest host! She was super accomodating and met us when we arrived to let us in, she was so thoughtful and gave us a kettle the next day after I asked if she had one available. She also let us leave our luggages after check out so we could explore. Location was great! Central and very close to bus and metro lines. Everything was about 5 mins walk from the area and there was an elevator in the building! Nothing
