B&B La Canzanella

Great location

Excellent location on the edge of the old city. Easy walking distance to most major places to visit. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and the service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, except for some of the street noise. The windows shut tight and do a good job keeping most of the noise out, but not 100%. As you might be aware from reading other reviews, the B&B is on a street with a number of "lively" bars. It's a fun place to be, but if you are a light sleeper, it may be a problem. We stayed 4 nights and had little issue until Friday night. It was particularly loud on Friday (music until 2 AM) that kept us up for a long time. But don't be discouraged. We would stay here again (But probably not on a weekend).

The breakfast was at a local bar, good quality food but limited choice. Room was nice and clean, in a very central and safe area. Gennaro was really helpful and ready to help us via chat, the lady at the reception was really nice. We asked for an extra pillow and we were given one. The price is amazing for the location, affordable for that nice room! The location is strategic, between spaccanapoli and the historical part of the city, with restaurants and pubs everywhere, really nice streets full of shops around. We asked for toilet paper twice, we only got 2 toilet rolls for 4 days, for 3 people. The shampoo was missing, we only got 2 coffee capsules for again, 4 days stay and 3 people in the room. We ended up buying the things we thought were provided already. I think it's important to pay attention to these things to give your customers the best experience and service. Also, the area is noisy because there are a lot of bars, pubs and restaurants all around the typical neapolitan corners.

Very kind and helpfull staff, our room was always cleaned up and the location was perfect. Highly recommend it!

In total ok, good size, extremely clean. Air conditioner was not enough to cool down the entire rooms. Bar just under the premisesstayed in till late at night, but this is not the owners fault. What I did not like was the attitude from the breakfast shop.

Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was clean and cosy, we had everything we needed. The host left earplugs for us, so we did not have any problems with sleep. Eventually around 12-01 PM the noise from the bars stopped. Location was also perfect. Downstairs there's a cool bar with lots of craft beer choices. Near is also a cocktail bar Malocchio if you want a good cocktail. I would definitely stay here another time in Naples.

Amazing location just steps away from Spaccanapoli and the Santa Chiara complex. It is a typical apartment building with inner courtyard, the apartment itself was nicely furnished with high ceilings and a big bathroom. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe and we enjoyed the coffee and pastry a lot. No lifts available but then again, that's kinda part of the charm of these types of Italian apartments. Just make sure to pack accordingly.

The rooms were very clean and everything was upto the mark It was very loud at night and we found it difficult to go to sleep. The building itself was a bit unclean but our rooms were very clean

Passable

Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Bed was comfy and the room was great. You felt very safe entering the property as there were 3 doors to unlock. Breakfast choice very limited (pizza or croissant) and this was at a cafe 50 yards or so away. As the room overlooked a bar area, this was quite noisy until the early hours.

Great communication from the start to the end of our stay. Clean room and bathroom, good size as well! Location is superb, easy access from metro but by foot as well.

Very nice location. It was very clean! They where very flexible for the check-in time and very helpfull. I asked for a birthday surprise in the room and they did this very nice for a small price. There is a bar next to the B&B so you can hear this in the night. Also, the shower was a little broke, but the water was nice and warm so not really a big deal. It worked enough to get the job done.

It's the true Napoli experience....the interior courtyard you read about and the bars and Cafes in walking distance. Just around the corner from Piazza Dante, via Toledo and Spacca Napoli. You can't ask for more !
