All good

Everything was clean and nicely maintained, and the bed was really comfortable! The location was perfect – we had everything just a few steps away, which made our stay very convenient. The only issue I personally had as a woman was the shower, as it was fixed to the wall and couldn’t be handheld, which made washing my hair a bit difficult. We also had a small problem figuring out how to use the key for the main gate on the first day – it took us about 10 minutes. However, we later realized that you just need to insert the key properly on the first try and it opens easily.

Over all experience,

La Conigliera is very well located, and they provide breakfast at a nearby café, which is quite good. The staff are helpful when they are present, but they are not always on-site. When I arrived, there wasn’t enough hot water, but the staff helped resolve the issue the next morning. There was also no internet at first, though it was restored the following day. The WC had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom overall was not very clean.

The room was nice. Good location. Good breakfast at the cafe. TV and air conditioning and even fridge in the room. Problems with the key lock at the main door to the hotel. It should be exchanged as it was not only me who struggled, other guests too. No cups to make tea. The neighbourhood quite scarry but no different than other parts of Naples.

The location was perfect — right in the center, so we could walk everywhere. The room was clean and cozy, and the place had a charming, historic vibe. Would definitely recommend!

It was not worth the money:( The bed mattress was not comfortable at all. I was not able to sleep well. Shower area was too small and I almost hit the soap holder by my head. Ac was not working properly. Room was so small. Balcony door was not able to open.

Clean. New and neat. Staircase dilapidated but not unsafe.

The location Everything else. The building is in a very bad condition but what it has been absolutely a nightmare was the fact that the main gate keys didn’t work. The first night I was lucky enough that there was someone upstairs that opened the gate but the second night I spent 30 min waiting in a very scary and dangerous environment downstairs. When I pointed this out to the girl who was in charge of the property she answered in a very rude way saying it was my problem. Speechless.

The accommodation enjoys a great location in the heart of the city. The room is comfortable with a private bathroom and a small balcony. The building is very old, which adds to the atmosphere. There is a kettle and coffee maker for shared use. Great staff who are always ready to help guests. The breakfast offered by the hotel takes place in a different location - in a small coffee shop not far from the hotel with excellent staff and extremely tasty coffee. Poor sound insulation - you can hear your neighbours through the door and through the walls. The building does not have a lift, but this was not a problem for us. We were a little surprised by the colour of the towels - they were brown, so it was impossible to assess the quality of the wash. And one more thing - our room was at the end of the corridor, so there was almost no internet connection at all.

Exceptional

Good location The water from the faucet has a really bad smell. They put a small fridge and a small TV in the room, but there is not even a table. At nights, a bad smell kept coming out of the bathroom, we had to close the bathroom door to sleep.

Very close to the busy centre yet set back far enough to be reasonably quiet. Staff pleasant and helpful. A lot of stairs to reach the property.

The towels were old and need renewing. Didn't smell good either.

Peaceful place and its location is great We found it hard! It falls behind a big gate! We were helped by people living nearby! My advice to them is to put more signs!
