The area of the city was dirty with trash and graffiti everywhere. We felt uneasy walking to dinner and changed our route because we didn't want to go down certain streets. We would not go out after dark in this area.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Small breakfast in the morning was nice. Location was not in a very desirable place. Facilities were on the 2nd floor of a building and signage wasn't very visible.

Excellent location: 5 minutes to the Central Railway Station (Sorrento, Pompei) and 20 minutes to the port (Capri, bus to Bomerano- Path of the Gods). Fantastic fish market right outside the windows.

Main Entrance to the building difficult to get fist time and some dirty

The location was very central. The accommodation was very spacious and clean. It was cleaned thoroughly every day. We were extremely safe and felt very secure. Our host, Ciro, was welcoming and enthusiastic about our safety . We would recommend this stay to anybody. Nothing. It was good value for money.

Great host, polite and helpful. Our flight was canceled, and he let us stay at the property until we found a solution for our problem, even though he didn’t need to. I really appreciated that!

Walking distance to Napoli centrale and in front of bus station The lift didn’t work but Ciro helped with our luggage up and down the stairs

Location is perfect for people who want to travel to different place from Napoli, just in 10 minutes walk from main station and in front of local train station. It is very easy to walk to seaside and city center. First day the person from BB met us near the door and explain everything. They serve breakfast to the room every morning. Breakfast is coffee juice and market croiassant. If you asked me if I stay here again, I say no, never, because of the way of treatment. there is a kitchen in the middle of BB, everywhere all around the world if there is a kitchen you can use the staff here like glass or plate etc. And there was no any warning that we cannot use it, so last night we brought some product to make salad and used 2 plate and 2 knives. On the same night the holder send us the very mean message in very aggressive way, quote: “Who authorized you to use dishes from the kitchen? This is not a holiday home, this is BB”. I didnt write him anything like we use only 2 plate and then washed them and put on the same place, just told him that there was no any warning like “dont toch anything” and so I apologize for that, but it was very rude. If you have a hotel you have to learn a rules of hospitality and you cannot write to a client in this form. I can't accept this kind of treatment. So if you plan to stay in this BB please take all above mentioned into account

Close to the train station, friendly host. For one transit night the accommodation was ok. Additional bed comes with unclean laundry which was very disappointing. Breakfast poorly.

The manager/ owner was not friendly. It was hard to communicate, owner did not establish good communication before arrival I don’t like it

The place is simple, the entrance of the building is a little shocking but the floor where is the accommodations are good, reception and smelly rooms, clean, only the coffee that leaves to be desired, no fruit, practically nothing of option, but overall it is good Very simple coffee, no option
