Communication was not very good, wasnt given instructions and had to reach out with many questions. Also learned that it isnt a bed and breakfast even though some reviews said it was.

I stayed here last 2 years in May as I was traveling from Sulmona by bus to the station and by train from Tropae. It is a short walk from the train station and grocery store for that last minute cheese. Piazza Garibaldi provides the station, subway, bus line and many restaurants. The station has the Ali Bus in front direct to the airport for 5E not 30E by cab. Lydia the managerm is a gem. She makes the place feel like home. But most of all she was so kind to me as a woman traveling alone. Naples Airprort is great for me as I travel to Newark,NJ and then Texas. PS. there is a small community refrigerate available.. Street noise

Bathroom didn't have hangers, and the room lacked a mirror.
-
Close to the central station Th location it’s dangerous, pick pockets and homeless
-
The outside of the building looked "questionable". The hotel was close to the train and bus station, so there were questionable people in the area, which required the city to station many policemen in the area. This is a good thing.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff. Small room for 3 adults and a child
-
Spacious room with daily cleaning. The staff is available and helpful. Close to the Central station and metro. Will stay in this property again. For light sleepers I recommend to use earplugs, other than this nothing to comment

The host was really kind, we arrived very late for checkin and the host waited for us and worried about our safety.
-
Front of the building looks bad and it's hard to find, but the host was really helpful
-
Location We arrived at 11pm and we had to wait 40min in the street to get our room.

Fabulous location. Get off the train or bus, walk straight across the street and to the opposite side of Garabaldi piazza, make a left and you are there. Need to go to the airport for 5E take the bus right outside the train station. Not an elevator all the way to my floor. But it is an old building.

Our hostess was very friendly and hospitable. The location of the property was perfect for our visit. Very clean and roomy. A/C was refreshing coming from hot days outside. It was hard to find. We were in the vicinity but would not have located it without help from a neighboring store owner. Would have given a 10 otherwise!

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff.

I recently spent 9 days at Benvenuto a Napoli, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The kindness of the staff truly stood out—they were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness was impeccable; every day, our room was refreshed, and towels were changed without fail, which made our stay so comfortable. The attention to detail and the warm atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples!

Host was nice. The rooms were kind of tight for the number of people can sleep on it, but it was fine. The location is convenient being beside Garibaldi station, easy access to the train and bus station, as well as tour meet ups. The rooms weren't prepared when we came in on check in time. The location is central, beside Garibaldi station, but it makes it noisy where you hear all the noise going on outside namely people, cars, buses, fireworks, alarms, etc despite the windows/doors being closed. There were no breakfast available on the time stated. There is a eating area available to use though if the owners lends you the key for access. Area seems not safe, a few even was trying to attempt to get in the property and we weren't able to go in during that time. Still need to take the stairs to access the small lift.

The women that ran the place was friendly. The outside of the building was very rough and not at all like the pics on line. In a rough neighborhood. I arrived around 7:00 pm and could not go out to get something to eat and feel safe.
-
Venue is close to the station and shops and restaurants.
-
The location The bathroom didn’t flush paper.
-
As all areas by the Central Stations in Italy are bit dodgy this location is not an exception. Nothing new but read about Napoli in general. Not your typical city.
