Civico 109

The room was clean and full of all the facilities. It had everything to make the stay reliable like air conditioner, heater, fans, iron, etc. the gallery had nice view from the top. Really enjoyed the breeze in the hot summer. Even though the location is very close to city centre and accessible by bus and train station, the locality had lot of people which didn’t seem very friendly or safe. The staff didn’t speak English so that was a bit difficult to communicate. The address was definitely difficult to find.

the location is good we booked this room because we needed a good night of sleep before an early flight. But we couldn’t sleep at all there was a concert just in front and it was extremely loud until late at night. We were supposed to wake up early and didn’t get any sleep. It should be mentioned that there is a concert and loud music otherwise we would of booked something else. The price also needs to be lower for these days because the whole point is to be able to sleep. unfortunately sheets were also a bit dirty which is not the best

The place is very conveniente because it is near at Central station and all stores around the area. the connection of Television and wife is little bit not good.

It was clean with nice sunshine through the balcony doors. The check-in was unwelcoming. The boy sent to take our money was very single minded. He did not introduce himself, did not take his helmet off. Demanded payment immediately. He did not want to speak to a woman, went to husband for $$$$$$$$$ in cash. He was rude and loud to woman. Horrible lumpy extra pillow. He demanded that we read the HOUSE RULES and adhere to them. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE . We did not see any of the managers during our stay. just the boy and his dog barking in the corridor. Old and dirty lift.

It is really close to the central station and it was very helpful. It was clean and they did clean every day as well. It was a busy area but we already knew that so it was no bother

Everything Nothing

The room was beautifully, all we needed for a weekend. The location is perfect. Exactly on the train station, metro and bus to the city and to the airport. Also easy reachable historical center by foot or by bus. Hop on hop off station also very close. The building from outside is old and not looking very good but inside rooms are renewed and Cosy. The contact with the owner by WhatsApp very polite and responding. Me and my friend we wanted separate beds which was provided to us and we were very happy and satisfied with all the experience there! The bathroom handle was broken and the bathroom little old and noisy, but we always had hot water for shower and everything else worked well. Towels also provided

Very close to central train station, large clean room with enough closets, bidet and hair dryer with shampoos. The owner allowed us to check in a little earlier, since we needed to leave our things in the room. The neighbors on both sides were making very loud noise at midnight. Apparently this is a feature of Italians. The room could have more cozy smell. The glasses were dirty, the kettle had not been washed for a couple of years, it was covered in scale.

Location is excellent, everything is close, station, transfer to airport, city centre. Area is not dirtier as the other parts of the city. We never felt unsafe. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, well equipped, tv and air conditioning. We could already check in 10:30 in the morning. Staff doesn't speak English, but we could manage and after we get the key everything was fine. We left really early in the morning 5am, but it was no problem. Toilett is a little bit funny, board is made of some kind of sponge. One of the pillows was too big.

We spent in Civico 109 one night. Everything was ok. Central location. Good for the transfer to the airport.

most comfortable bed and pillow I’ve had on the whole 10 day trip through the south of Italy nothing to complain about

the cleaned the room every day, and they had new towels. the flush from the toilet was broken, i had to press it 10 times in order to flush, the need to fix that.
