Location is excellent to exp,ore Naples! Beautifully maintained and clean. Lovely to have the common area with coffee and tea and breakfast vouchers were just what we needed next door to start our day. Host met us and led us through the three door locks for entry. Felt very safe. Large threshold step from sitting room to our bedroom was very inconvenient and a trip hazard but I’m sure part of construction that couldn’t be avoided.

This accommodation was in a large building overlooking a beautiful Fountain opposite the Opera house & Plebiscito piazzza where the Palace & church can be found. It is perfect for walking to everything with nearby cafes & restaurants. We walked from the port in 15 minutes. The room was small with a double size bed & it has 2 balconies with fantastic views &the an ensuite bathroom. There is also a lobby area that has free coffee, tea, water & small biscuit/cookie snacks all day. Everywhere was nicely presented & very clean. Our only niggle is the mattress needs changing, it is far to hard & I could feel springs.

As an honorary provincial Casertan, I came into Naples for an overnight trip for New Year's Eve. I wanted a place close to the entertainment and WOW, I felt like a Neapolitan after a game winning Maradona goal. B&B Dell'Opera was delightful. The location is fantastic! The room was beautifully appointed, complete with a mini bottle of prosecco and a panetone for NYE. The view from the balcony (I had two) was stunning. Cristiana, who checked me in, was equally delightful. She consented to receiving a hug of happiness. There's a coffee and bar in the B&B and you're given a voucher for an Italian breakfast at neighboring Monidee Café. I'd definitely return if I were to take another overnight in Naples.

Everything! Great location, lovely facility, really great A/C. Everything exceeded our expectations. There was nothing to dislike.

For breakfast I was given a daily voucher to a nearby cafe to purchase a croissant and a drink. B@B was across the road from Teatro San Carlo where I saw the ballet, Romeo and Juliet. SUPERB EXPERIENCE. Easy to get to any destination in Naples. Bus for Garibaldi Station stopped virtually outside the B@B. The lady who met me in the B@B was more than willing to help with any problem I had. Difficult to pinpoint location. [Instructions could perhaps be sent to WhatsApp via notes, photos and/or video to facilitate this] The bed was not so comfortable. I used extra pillows and was happy with the result.

Location is superb, immediately opposite the Royal Palace and San Carlo opera House.

The location The breakfast

Only three room so very small and lovely atmosphere Slight drainy smell in bathroom but sometimes unavoidable in these older buildings. Little bit difficult to find as sign outside quite small.
-
The location and the how comfy it was No breakfast. They give you a voucher for the bar downstairs and the breakfast is just a simple Italian style breakfast of one coffee and one pastry

Right next to the opera house. Excellent location. Isabella was so friendly and helpful. Really clean.

It’s location suited my requirements to go to the Opera! It’s very, very difficult to find as it’s located right next door to the Galleria Umberto 1, the name sign is not visible from San Carlo street, and it’s easy to think that it’s part of the galleria and not go up and look. Your description should state that it’s right next door to Galleria, and directly opposite the entrance the the Opera House. I failed to hear the owners’s message to me re-meeting at the B&B as I was travelling, and had to wait for an hour for the owner to arrive.

The location was excellent, close to the port and many interesting sites, and close to the old city. Everything within walking distance, plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff was great. The WiFi was in perfect order and the facilities nice. There is coffee. tea and other goodies in the common space at any time of the day. There was no formal breakfast. Breakfast was with a voucher in a nearby cafe. It was good, but not comparable to the buffet style breakfasts one finds in regular hotels. The room was otherwise excellent, but for working one would require some table to put a laptop on. Since this is a B&B, there is no real independence of the other guests, as there is a single entrance and common space for the rooms.
