The room itself was fairly spacious, but there was very limited storage for clothes, which made the stay inconvenient. Unfortunately, the bathroom was in poor condition, with visible mould and a broken toilet seat. Noise was also a significant problem—the room was not well insulated, and constant street noise made it difficult to rest. One of the most disappointing aspects was the “included breakfast.” What was provided for all guests across all rooms for the entire stay was frankly inadequate—just a single small portion of Nutella and a couple of packaged bread items. As shown in the photo, this was nowhere near what could reasonably be described as breakfast. The owner mentioned we would be compensated for buying breakfast elsewhere, but this never happened. Communication and follow-through were lacking, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this property.

It was an amaizing stay. The room was execeptional and the host Leila made sure we feel comfortable and she was very helpful on giving suggestions and also arranging a taxi for us on a very early morning. Nothing

The location of the property was so central , right outside the gate you were onto the buzz of Naples streets ! The host Leila was lovely and had our room tidied everyday when we came back from our days adventures . I would highly recommend this accommodation!

The communication by the hosts, especially Leila, was great. They were lovely + responsive. The snacks outside in the communal area were a lovely touch. SO noisy outside. We did not sleep a wink!

The room is very well located in the heart of historical Napoli. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room is very minimal and the amenities of the bathroom could be improved.
