Great location, the owner was very helpful

Communication with the host was very difficult throughout our stay, as it was hard to reach them via phone, WhatsApp, or messages. Additionally, the instructions regarding the building's entrance were unclear; please note that you need to use the elevator on the left side.

Clean and comfortable room. There is tea and espresso machine in the hallway for everyone to use No check in instructions were provided. I was lucky to show up when the cleaning lady was working so she let me in and connected to the owner. I wonder what I’d have to do if I arrived outside if he working hours..

We liked pretty much everything ! First, it is well located, close to all the main attractions by walk. Second, the room is very very clean, spacious and well equiped. The bed was comfortable. It was literally perfect. The host was nice and allowed us to keep our luggage in the shared space after check out. Plus, we had a very nice restaurant just downstairs. The only downside was that the windows didn’t have thick enough blinds and the light would wake us up early in the morning

The house is near the center, the location is perfect I highly recommend solo travallers or other

Everything was organized and ready. Nothing to complain about honestly, great stay.

The room was exactly as pictured, it was very comfortable. The location was ideally between the Historico Centro and the port area. The staff were helpful. I will definitely stay here in the future again!. Not much!

I didn’t like to have no one to welcome me!!! And being the host!!! For the price that I paid, I wish there was a breakfast!!! The coffee machine didn’t work ( I complained but with no results) note: the Nespresso machines doesn’t work with others capsules brand ( I have one at home).

I believed it to be a B&B. But there was no semblance of breakfast - like not even a bisquit in a wrapper. Perhaps I misunderstood

Modernised room with comfortable bed, lots of pillows and lovely big windows. Close to the port and bus stop for the airport bus so perfect for a night before flying home. I loved having a Nespresso machine in the entrance hall but there was no sink for clean water for it or the kettle. We used the bathroom but I worried if that water was for drinking.

Location is convenient - 2 min walk to Universita Metro Station. However while it is close to port where the Alibus stop is, as well as the SITA bus terminals are, the streets that led to the BnB are Very difficult to walk. There are many areas have no pedestrian paths, You would not know this by just using the google map. At the end I regret booking this location. Would be much better either near Municipole or Centrale. Ample supply of coffee pods. The floor is Very Dirty. My slippers bottom were white and just a day it turned to black! The floors need a deep cleaning using some cleaning agent to wet wipe it. Never have stayed in a BnBbwith dirty floors. The electronic key of my room is a broken one. It uses a key instead but the key does not always work. It does not always open the door as it should. The motion sensor end hall light is set to turn off too soon, it could be pitch dark when it turns off automatically. Then you have to feel the wall where the light switch is located. Poor sound proof, One night there were a mon with two little kids checked in, The kids can scream their lungs out. The sound pierce the whole flat.
