Very dim lights. Couldn’t see even with the lights on if the blinds were shut. Shower had mould all over it.

The place was clean and comfortable. Close to the train station and restaurants.

The property is conveniently located and easy to reach from the station. Gino was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I had a wonderful stay, and the next time I'm in Naples, I'll definitely book for a longer stay.

A bit far from the city centre but 100% walkable. The bathroom had a bad smell but no big deal.

Location was good and the host Judy was very helpful and kind. Elevator.

We didn’t get the two separate rooms I booked but instead was given a one bedroom with a foldout couch. We were given only one blanket for the two beds.

The host that welcomed us (her name was Giuditta) was extremely sweet. She welcomed us upon our arrival and she showed us the room and everythinf. She was also kind enough to literally pull out a whole map of the city and tell us exactly where to go and what route to take (how to make sure that we don’t miss anything in the city), and she also helped us take trains from and to Pompeii (and explained to us how). The room itself was extremely clean. The AC was working perfectly, the bathroom was very clean and the room is actually very spacious. Finally, the location of the hotel is actually great (it was only a 15 minute walk from the Napoli Centrale Stazione) so it was perfect to leave and come back. The cleaning lady was also very kind and complimented us! Nothing, it was very good.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable! Spotless linens and soft towels.Nice terrace with furniture. Tv, WiFi, air-conditioning, kettle and coffee available. A small room but just enough for us, but if you have more luggage with you, then it would be tricky to place it (we had only small backpacks). Location - 1 km away from the Garibaldi Central station and Centro storico. The bathroom shower is very small.

The staff was quick to resolve the issues The bed was not good for couples and it was shaking. The hair dryer was not working.

Short stay 4 days. The property is very clean, location is few minutes walk to all the public transport (trains, trams, buses, taxes and restaurants ) The property manager was very helpful giving guidance to what to see in Naples. Cleanness, location and communication with property manager
