The room is comfortable. The location is near the metro station. The wardrobe has plenty of space. The hanger is a good touch to put your clothes on. The crib was good and comfortable. It has black out curtains and blinds that keep the room in the dark in the morning. The breakfast is tasty. The floor was very dusty. They tried to clean it on the second day but still. We were 3 people and they provided us with 2 sets of towels. The towels were very thin and didn't keep all the water. They didn't charge the towels on the 3rd day as they were supposed to. We communicated with them and said that they have a working elevator, when we reached the facilities the elevator was locked. The breakfast is repeatedly a croissant and a coffee/juice. They don't have options without sugar for a kid to eat. We found clothes from the previous guest in the drawer.

The location is great! Having a breakfast outside is nice if you want to practice Italian as I wanted When we arrived we found an opened bottle left for the previous guests, which seemed to have been there left for several days. The garbage bag seemed dirty when we arrived, it did not have any garbage but it was not a new garbage bag. Even if the room was cleaned in the visible surfaces, there was a lot of dust under the bed. There is a panty in the bathroom (behind the toilet) left by a previous guest (I suppose as it was not ours). So I would recommend to be more cautious with the cleaning in those spaces that are not visible at first sight.

First of all location is not on the upper side of town, second False advertising, they advertise valet parking, but they don't even have parking, when we got in front of the building I texted the number ( probably the landlord) and asked about parking, they texted back that they don't have parking but they have a contract with a garage in neighborhood, I should of unloaded the luggage somewhere on the street, go to garage park the car come back, and expect to find my luggage in city of Napoli. My wife and I decided to cancel our reservation. They texted back We charge you 50 euros ( I don't know what for), we accepted. But we haven't received my refund yet. False advertising.

Good Room, name of our room is Moon... location was amazing, good host communication and help. For our room named Moon. The shower still hasn't been fixed since last reviewer mentioned it almost 1 year. The water juga in kitchen is broken and it's filled with old water. These are small inconveniences that really didn't make the stay bad. What did make my score lower was the bed. Was old box spring mattress, was uncomfortable. We hope at least the owner think about modernising the mattress or put a thick foam on it for future guests comfort.

The room wasn’t very clean, and lights were pretty dark. Couple times during our stay there were no hot water in the shower. There’s also no elevator in the building.

We spent 4 very cost nights at Madà. I have to say that Nino e Carmen are the most kind, attentive hosts I have ever met. Even though they don't live in the city anymore, Nino took the time to meet and welcome us - even brought us some homemade gifts! The location is perfect, the accomodation is clean and breakfast is just fine with a warm cappucino in the morning. We will definitely return and recommend Madà for our friends.

We loved everything about Mada. The owners and staff were extremely warm, welcoming and kind. They were also very informative on recommendations around Naples.

It was clean and felt secure, getting in and out was easy and communication with the host was brilliant.

The host, location, room & bathroom size, bed are top ? Shower head wouldn’t stay up and room doors are paper thin

The room was clean and the position was very good. The staff were available and answered us every time we called. Bathroom and shower were outside the room and was not very comfortable specially for taking shower. The toilet water was not working properly and the person told us that the it’s a problem of pressure. There was no jacuzzi in the room as was in the picture.

A cozy apartment in the fancy district of Chiaia, 50m from the Metro station. Lovely neighborhood with lots of cafeterias, pastry shops and gelaterias nearby. A few minutes walk from the Naples Aquarium, waterfront and city beach. Clean rooms, spacious beds, great tea kitchen. A separate private bathroom is a good idea in theory, but in fact there's a constant problem with humudity and condensed water permanently dripping in the lavatory, making it look and feel messy, although the hygiene was perfect.
