Worse than a Youth Hostel! The proprietor was nice enough and mostly accommodating, but not understanding when we decided cancel our reservation after checking in. We could not see ourselves spending one night in the apartment, given it's cringe factor. We booked this apartment thinking that it was close to the train station and would make for an easy walk. Little did we know that it is located in the worst part of town. Walking from the train station to the apt building with our baggage was like walking through war-torn Somalia. Dirty streets, crumbling buildings, shady characters partaking in all kinds of open-air illicit activity, it was intimidating and disquieting to say the least - not for the faint of hear. The building itself is run-down, poorly-maintained, with little to no security. The cramped and decrepit elevator, barely large enough for two persons with average bags, mechanically seemed dodgy, to say the least. Rooms are accessed by walking through the proprietor's improvised office (furnished with desk and couch), offering privacy and comfort levels more in line with Youth Hostels. The rooms themselves are so-so, certainly not survivable in the summer without functioning A/C, which it had. Its not possible to open the blinds/drapery to let in light or in hopes of enjoying the view because of the urban blight outside assaults your eyes. The bathrooms, while clean and updated, were stocked with oddities such as women's sanitary napkins, an various hygiene related products, and cleaners, which seemed odd, and made one wonder if the apartment doubled as a place for hookups. The apartment is advertised as a B&B which it is not since the breakfast area is a cramped space that few would feel comfortable dining in. For these reasons we found the listing misleading, and we decided to hastily duck out and not stay even one night; instead taking an Uber to the nearest hotel. We explained this very politely to the proprietor but he never responded to any of our messages/queiries and has not offered to provide even a partial refund. I am also disappointed in Booking.com Customer Service and their unwillingness to take a more active role and stand behind their prod.

Some nearby streets can look a bit sketchy but it was okay even at night.

Tony the host was very kind, answered and helped with any questions. The location of the accommodation is close to the Garibaldi station, easily accessible by public transport.
-
Toni was very kind and friendly all the time and he helped us with everything. Only one little thing. It will be better to have salty then sweet breakfast.
-
Toni was a great host, with a late check in and relatively early checkout he was a great help and allowed me to Store luggage for the day. A great host and I will definitely be back, this place is highly recommended.

Toni is the best host you could ask for. When you stay with him, you are treated like family. He insisted on making us a lovely breakfast even though our flight was so early and then even brought us to the airport. It was a very kind and unexpected gesture for sure! I hope to see him again. Room was clean. The room itself was plain and not with any particular style. We also didn't really like staying near the central station of Naples. There are other areas that are more enjoyable to walk out into for sure.

The room was excellent for a B&B. Probably the breakfast, since I was expecting a bit more even on a B&B location.

Host was very helpful with transportation from airport, restaurant recommendations etc. He is very reliable and responsive . I can’t think of anything

The bathroom was very clean and modern with nice fixtures. The room size was good, bed comfortable. The best part of the stay was the host, who went the extra mile in every way. By arrangement, we were picked up from the train station, given driving tours of the city area, transfers to attractions, and transfer to the airport. Breakfast was flexible to preference. Host had our clothing washed and dried much to our satisfaction. Location was busy and chaotic but the accommodations were well insulated from the street.

Very nice host, clean and comfortable room, very good breakfast, close to train station....

A room with cleanliness and decent space. In the bathroom there are a lot of things you may need (even lady pads!). The place is located near the Napoli Centrale. The host is attentive and proactive about making sure you have a pleasant stay since before your arrival. On my first arrival I went out of the way, I walked too far from the place, but Toni (the host) managed to pick me up as he understood that I might be tired from travelling. That's very kind of him.

Everything was perfect. Antonio is the kindest most accomodating host and the accomodation is clean, modern and super well-located. You will not regret staying here.

The host Toni was very helpful with information about the city. He was also very hospitable and perceptive of our needs providing local specialties and recommendations. The room was very close to Piazza Garibaldi and the train station. Nothing.

Close to the main station, clean and comfortable room with a good sized bathroom. The host was very attentive and helpful. We communicated with Google Translate, which worked very well. It was very hot in Naples at this time and air conditioning unit worked perfectly.

Toni is a great host. He prepared our breakfast each morning consisting of croissants or his homemade cake, yogurt, banana, fresh orange juice & coffee. Always checking if we’d had enough before we’d finished. Very helpful with giving advice about what/where to go and took us on a 3hr trip in his own car around Naples taken us to hidden gems which we enjoyed. The room was spotlessly clean and cleaned each day. There is a range of toiletries which are free to use. I would recommend staying here for a lovely time in Naples. Thank you Toni for your hospitality. Nothing
