I loved getting away from the bustle of the costal towns and that you could walk(albeit a hot, sweety walk) to Amalfi, Atrani, Scala and Ravello from the apartment. It really didn’t take long 20 minutes down to Amalfi and 20 tough minutes home again. But one could take the bus, the timing wasn’t always right. But the quiet of Pontone was lovely. There were three eating places just outside our door. I really wish we had tried Blu Bar which was down on the square. Our one regret. We are the other two. Breakfast was lovely. Pool was more than lovely. Most of the week we had it for ourselves until the weekend when all the families from Naples came in, but it was fine. Amazing view from the pool and the upper terrace. Don’t bring a car! It’s super easy to get street parking but you’ll never want to drive anywhere. Sail to Amalfi, take a taxi, but don’t bother with a rental. Our one mistake. Pontone works fine with the bus up and a short walk to the drop off point. Internet was terrible and nearly no 5G, 4G or any G network around. You get to be totally offline if that’s what you like. ? okay, not quite that bad, but pretty bad. But that’s not why you go to the Amalfi coast anyway. Time to unplug and enjoy the view.

Only accessible by walking street...half flight of stairs to really old slow elevator
-
Great location, comfortable room with snacks they provided, nice rooftop terrace with views.

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great location Too much pastry ?

Room was beautiful and spacious. Location couldn't be better for shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Well equipped kitchen. Delicious morning pastries. Free snacks and water left daily. Fabulous shower. Bed was sinking a bit in the middle. A little TLC needed in places like curtains hanging off the rails/kitchen chairs old/shabby. Shower caddy hadn't been cleaned. Towels adequate but not overly fluffy. Slight smell from bathroom but possibly to be expected in city centre. Air Con was just about adequate.

Great location

Awesome views on the terrace ! Maria was great and accommodating. Little hard getting up and down to the property on the 4th floor.

Great location! . Fantastic view from the roof especially at night. Nice staff. Nice to have snacks in room available. Was easy to get to several nice restaurants, shops, bars etc. Very safe! Challenging to access the rooms via small elevator to get to 4th floor hard to get up there for older people. It took a gate code, coins for elevator and two hard keys to get into the room.

The staff is extraordinary! Courteous, friendly, always ready to help!

Good location, friendly staff, free breakfast

There is nothing not like about this place.

This property is old but clean. This is not a good property for mobility impaired individuals. It is difficult to get a taxi or Uber to this hotel. The staff is somewhat rude.

The size of the shower in my room (6) is tiny. I am 5’6” and weigh 140 lbs and there is no way to turn around in the shower. Anyone larger than me would be hard pressed to fit.

We started in Calabrese with drivers pretending to be “professionals” and who proceeded to try to dump us off a half a mile from the hotel at 9PM because of the restriction for out of town cabs. Cristina walked to our location and apologized for the drivers she didn’t even know and proceeded to get us a taxi for the rest of the way since we had several large bags. The taxi driver on the street wasn’t any better (wasn’t her fault - don’t expect much in southern Italy), but got us to our rooms with information despite 1.5 hours after her planned departure. She also set up their private shuttle to airport next morning, which was pricey (50€) but the driver was super professional. To the management - Cristina made something out of a bad situation which wasn’t even her issue - she should be commended! Nothing

Location. Everything is nearby. 20 meters to the main pedestrian street - via Toledo, but quiet. Very close to the metro station, supermarkets, food choices (from street food to restaurants). Nightlife is in full swing nearby. The room. It was a really big room. It was bigger than all the rooms I stayed in during this three-week tour. Breakfast is provided. It includes a traditional sweet breakfast. You can supplement it with your own products, which can be stored in the mini-fridge provided. Nothing.

The receptionists and cleaning staff were fantastic, going well above and beyond what they were required to do to meet our requests. Every time they delivered beyond our expectations, being polite and helpful throughout. The location was good, near main attractions, metro, the port and the bustling Via Toledo street. The hotel is tricky to find and gaining access through various locked gates and doors was initially difficult but OK once you get used to it.

Staff was very communicative and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the snacks and having breakfast delivered to my room. The location is excellent with a subway station nearby that directly connects to Napoli Centrale.

Excellent central location in Naples, really friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely rooftop terrace with a view of Mount Vesuvius

This property is located in the heart of Naples with easy access to everything. It is newly updated and very clean, with a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking Vesuvius. Staff were very friendly and overall a great stay.
