Location and clean. The size of the shower is extremely narrow, was very difficult to use it.

I loved the balcony and the location. Right next to the narrow Spaccanapoli street and a Conad across the street in case you needed some groceries or snacks. The host, Antonio, was very quick to answer any questions and was helpful if there was anything you might need. Air conditioning worked wonderfully in the June heat. I stayed in room 3 and the main light fixture was broken and there was some sort of power outage as I was taking a shower so that was inconvenient. Not sound proof so if you’re a light sleeper the constant noises from the street will keep you up.

Its located in centrico and very near to all the city attractions, also very near to Pizza di Michael.

Convenient location, and it had everything we need. Antonio amazing. We had an issue with our reservation which was our fault, and we helped solve it quickly.

Loved its central location to many great areas where I could just wander. Very clean. Loved the lift (1 person at a time). Also really enjoyed the two balconies! I would have liked better instructions on public transport from the ferry port to the accommodation. While the host was great at responding to messages on WhatsApp, he seemed vague which made arriving somewhat frustrating. When we arrived I was told the keys were on hook 4. There was no key on hook 4. Also, the shower is…different. Not fantastic for someone with either mobility issues or in a larger body.

Very central location, close to everything! Loved the balcony. The room itself was ok too (I stayed in single room) - it was good for the 1 night I stayed. Antonio was available via WhatsApp throughout my stay and was very helpful with late check in etc. Beautiful older building which has both positives and negatives. Check in and out was smooth without any in person contact. The bed could have been nicer, the mattress didn't really fit the frame it was in. The sockets nearly came out of the wall when I unplugged my charger. The host took payment by bank transfer rather than via booking.com which was strange.

The host was very kind and attentive, staying up late to guide on the location and check in details while my flight departure was postponed to after late hours. Much appreciated ☺️
