DAy and night difference between the pics and reality. There was trash below the stairs and a broken toilet commode kept in the trash. Rooms were horrible. Was not even worth 200 bucks a day room Cleanliness, staff hospitality. Accuracy of the pics. A complete ripoff for the customers who are basing the decision using the pics.

The given photo of the rooms in the afternoon is different. No cleanliness, the hotel rooms were stinking, no facilities, the bed sheets had hair all over it when asked the staff to get the other bed sheets, it were the same. No hygiene maintained. Yuck experience.

Don't trust the images they have provided - the actual scenario is exactly the opposite. I checked in at the hotel with my family and they gave me a room on the 2nd floor. The room was full of dust, when requested for a waste cloth to clean the dust, they took a broom stick and started sweeping the top of the tables and sofa. It was the worst experience. We then asked them for an earlier check out than the booked dates, they said that if the booking.com accepts the request we will provide you the refund. Till date they didn't give the refund. In the booking.com the requests were accepted by the hotel authority but they say it is not updated for them. Instead of 900rs, I lost 5k. The room is actually not even worth 300rs (more like a lodge room). We are going ahead with a consumer complaint against the hotel for this experience and money loss with all the proofs we have.

Reception person was friendly and helpful 1. Breakfast had to be bought by myself from a roadside dhaba. Plus timing mentioned was wrong 2. Parking was very congested. Either my car was blocking somebody else's car or vice versa

Nothing The hotel was under renovation. Cockroaches were roaming freely. Toilet flush was broken flooding the floor. The staff would not help in cancelling the booking and neither the FAB hotel customer service. Overall Never stay there.
