Most of all room occupied by student , boyfriend and girlfriend for illegal activities. Very bad room service

It was horrible stay with no service provided by the staff. No drinking water was available in the entire hotel. No towels were initially supplied by the staff as no room service person was available. He came with towels by 11.30pm. The switch boards were broken and hanging out of walls. The water heater has a hanging switch exposed inside the bathroom. There is no knob of the fan regulator. The tap of the wash basin was out of order as it was on continuously.

The furniture, the clean Ness is not up to date, not really for valu for money. Staff is also not cooperating. No other any amenities available with hotel.

Nothing Very unhygienic, cockroaches everywhere, not even providing a water bottle to the customers. Even if you buy they were charging unacceptable price. Example for a 20₹ bottle they’re charging ₹31.

I done the booking from booking from booking.com but oyo 10671 saying there is no room available so went any other hotel very very bad service i will book from booking.com next time They sad that booking.com fault
