The locality is good, and we had breakfast, which was tasty and worth it. The room was clean, the service was good, and the staff were polite and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay with a few basic amenities that could be improved. There were a few drawbacks. Drinking water was complimentary but when we ask for 1 litre bottle they said it is chargeable—we had to buy it from the hotel, and I paid ₹87 for three bottles. The room didn't have even have a single glass, there was no soap provided, and the TV wasn't working (although I didn't end up using it).

And i have paid full amount no discount given to me atleast 50% discount should be given i stayed only 2 hours i paid for one full day can i get some refund from s m hospitality

Staff kindness and they are very polite in approach. no facility was there, even they are not providing soap, shampoo and wifi was too bad.

Food was great at the property but complimentary breakfast was pathetic and the management was very poor. The room that we booked seeing the pictures on site versus what we got was totally opposite. Plus we had to pay extra to get the room that we had booked that too after lot of negotiation.

Nothing ?? Horrible room, no amenities, bad location for families Very unhygienic rooms, very limited breakfast, unclean towels full of hair, stains in many places, no napkins, kettle not given, tv didnt work inspite of lot of complaints. No wifi range to the tv in suite room.

Peaceful atmosphere, good staff, comfortable. Isolated location. No marketplaces, no restaurants except the one attached to the hotel.

It was budget friendly, also had a decent breakfast. The room service was good and all the locations we wanted to visit were nearby. The staff was very helpful. The room was very small and we didn't expect that as compared to photos.
