Clean room, nice staff, and the hotel was in a convenient area. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool was closed didnt pass inspection wasnt told when booked or at check in didnt know interstate was right behind the building all washer was broken would spend out the water had what look like homeless and people drug people hanging around and staying in the building door to refrigerator was broken I didn't stay but 2 nights because my aunt passed away I had leave management refused give me my money back I'm still having pay payment on this place I do hot recommended it the bath tub so slick is not handicap accessible and there's no grab bars

Good location for what we needed I was very disappointed the pool was closed and was never told. We went to go check it out to swim and there was just a sign. We specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool for our children to enjoy.

I was charged twice, once thru book.com and then thru Best Western, they wouldn’t listen to me when i said i already paid, still waiting on a refund

Hotel allowed 40-50 people to party in the lobby/parking lot until 1am. People had music playing so loud in the lobby I couldn’t hear the deck clerk when checking in. Room smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes 10 minutes before we arrived. Towels had stains on them. My wife went to get breakfast in the morning and trash and beer cans covered the lobby. -1000/10 would NEVER stay there again. If you’re looking for a place to get some sleep while traveling go somewhere else.

Terrible area, homeless people hanging outside the exits, biker club had some party there on a Saturday night and there was absolutely no where to park for the actual hotel guests. Sheets were dirty, asked for the room to be cleaned and the sheets weren’t changed and no new towels were given. Also, tub doesn’t drain and the water just sits there.

Was quite loud by a group of customers, but the staff couldn't control it. Was uncomfortable.
