When we entered the room, #207, the room temp was 75 and the Nashville temps were 90+. The air conditioner only has a low setting so the air speed could not be changed. Each time we utilized the elevator, the was a terrible odor like a mechanical room; oil, metal, etc. It was a terrible experience.

Well priced. Airport shuttle and continental breakfast included. Large, bright and clean room. Quiet location only 10 min ride from airport and 15 min ride from Lower Broadway/Nissan Stadium. Trees and greenery on property make for a nice view and dampen traffic noise. Would stay again.

The night of check in was ok non the less the front desk agent did not use his discretion when checking me my daughter and 2 grandsons in, we ended up with a king or queen bed n NOT 2 beds to a room , I let it slide simply because it was just gonna be a couple of hours, other than that it was an amazing stay.

Breakfast could have had better temperature (hot food was not warming properly). Attended meeting there as well and participated at were clearly confused as where to go and no one offered assistance.

Worn carpet and furnishings like window blind in room. Elevator down button not working. AC unit was noisy. Breakfast was standard, chairs in breakfast area lumpy not comfortable.
