The rooms are amazing. The staff is very nice and polite. The view from the balcony is next level. There are free services like 8 ball pool, table tennis, chess, carrom and much more. Definately recommended staying over here for once.

Hotel location is very beautiful, balcony view shaandar h, room heating bhut bdiya h, food is very testy, hotel staff was very friendly ,rooms are neat and clean and all facilities available in room so Dil se thanks staff of Smugglers staff

One of the best hotel in Manali. I stayed 4 nights in Smuggler resort and overall stay was fantastic. The room was neat and clean, and centrally heated and the decoration was too beautiful. The food was too yummy and delicious. Room with balcony and the view from the balcony was mesmerizing. Such a breathtaking view from the balcony and lots of facilities are in the hotel like - playing area, lawn, restaurant and the staff was very humble and courteous and I would surely recommend to all.
