Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Natick

The staff was super helpful and attentive. Our room was very large and clean. Not to mention the bed was super comfortable. I like softer bed and it was surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast was good . They even had cold brew and I especially enjoyed the oatmeal with all of the toppings. The outside sitting area was really nice and comfortable as well. I would recommend this hotel for a nice place to stay for not a lot of money. It’s not the Ritz Carton by any means but a really nice stay. I travel often and I was pleasantly impressed by this hotel. The bar was also very nice and the common area around it with the fireplace. The bartenders were very friendly. I absolutely have nothing negative to say other than a few breakfast items. We are not in Europe so my standards are a bit lower for domestic stays. We would totally recommend that you stay here.

Clean, up-to-date, Breakfast was great

The room was exceptionally beautiful...loved the breakfast bar dividing the kitchen from the lr/sofa. The King size bed was SPECTACULAR!!! LOVED the room darkening shades and the huge bathroom. While the shower was very roomy and beautiful (loved the sliding glass doors) and the water was hot with adjustable shower head...the floor was exceedingly slippery when using the provided shampoo/body wash. I almost fell at one point. It would be great to have a non slip mat in the shower stall.

I don’t usually write reviews but this hotel was amazing. The price was perfect for a 2 night stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was really nice and clean. Also really spacious as well. No complaints. Would definitely book here again.

The hotel was clean, vibrant, and well kept. The amenities were lacing as there was a smaller gym area and no pool, but otherwise it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely return.

Slamming of doors too loud when the room doors close by themselves.

The staff was lovely. Shout out to Beth and Cassidy at the front desk. Very clean facilities. We had to take an elevator even up one flight of steps. Very inconvenient unless we wanted to enter from outside. The sofa bed was as lumpy as could be. The bedroom was lovely, though. Breakfast was nice but if you came in the last 45 minutes before it ended, cut up fruit and sometimes even the bagels were gone. The early bird catches the worm and the late sleepers get whatever is left. Lastly, and most irritating is the price was very high and they charged $10 a day more for parking. Really?

Up-to-date amenities in a very clean environment and very walkable straight to the Natick mall also appreciated the free breakfast
