The location is near by the railway station and bus station The check in at 16:00 and that there is no facilities for luggage store in the check out day.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room, everything okay. I had breakfast included, which was a good choice. The hotel is located close to the station, which was perfect for me as I was backpacking by train. There was nothing I didn't like. It is just a place to spend the night.

Location - next door to station Weekend breakfast 0800, not 0700 as stated when booking. Reception would not allow me to leave my small suitcase for a few hours - very poor. I had to pay to store it at the station in luggage lockers.

Good location next to the station and supermarkets. My room had a little balcony overlooking the street. Generally it's a routine hotel that knows what it's doing.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Every hotel should have a vintage tram trundling by every half hour! One light in room was either out or had a well-hidden switch. Car par for guests turned out hot to be the place marked 'Car park only for hotel guests'.

I was allocated a suite which was most unexpected. The other members of my party were pleased with their room. The breakfast selection was good. My friends had travelled by car. Identifying which car park spaces were for hotel guests was difficult.

Excellent location. A stone’s throw from the main station with rail links across the region. Also within easy walking distance of the town centre. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good with a nice range of options. The room was perfectly sized, clean, and comfortable. Being so close to the station did mean some limited noise during the night. It would be nice to have access to facilities (such as kettle, fridge) on an evening.
