When I booked the room on line it indicated that breakfast was included- the first day we had breakfast the second day , Mr. Dimitris opened and closed behind him the breakfast door met us outside and said that his boss informed him that our booking did not include breakfast and we had to pay 20 euros each - after disputing this and asked him why he didn’t informed us the first day , he said that it was his fault, and he offered us breakfast (on him) as he indicated! The whole interaction was very unprofessional and it was embarrassing to me and my sister as we were kept outside of the breakfast room until he offered us to go inside and have breakfast - anyway, all this should have been taught to us the first day when we checked in and not to be kept outside and talked to as we were punished? Τhe rooms had no elevator and we had to climb several sets of chairs ! I do not recommend this place as is far away from the city and at the mountains. You need transportation to stay there so we had to rent a car!! See above

The location is amazing The road is very narrow, so driving a car can be a bit challenging. But overall, everything is very good.

Nothing bad about it. Just mind that the hotel is not located in the city center. If you have rented a car this is for you, otherwise it might be difficult to reach this place and move around Nafplio.

Room was easy to find and wee apponted Problems with strange smell, water coming up from floor drain in bathroom.

To arrived to the destination must take a high ramp. If you have a long car like me you touch the road because the angle are not good calculated ( this is not a singularity situation for places in Greece).

Location was a bit away from the center and the driveway is a bit steep if you arenot used to how things may be in Greece. I would stay again however.

We liked the location. It's a bit out of town and very quiet, about a 20 minute walk into the center of town. Lots of birdsong. The balcony has a great view and is comfortable. The room was cleaned daily. The windows and balcony door have screens so it was comfortable having the windows open. The older gentleman was quite helpful and friendly. We did not use the fridge, but there is a fridge in the room. The furniture was in good condition, wifi was adequate for our needs. Toiletries are provided, ample hot water and good pressure. Everything was very clean. The fellow who checked us in was quite rude every time we interacted with him. Really off-putting, no people skills. The cleaning agents used were very strong smelling and resulted in both of us having sneezing fits and watering eyes. There was a build up of soap on the room floor that turned our house shoes black on the soles. It washed off and created a lot of soap suds while being washed off our indoor shoes. The mattress on the bed was very hard for both of us. Seems like a bit of a discrepancy in the Booking description and the reality of the amenities, particularly the breakfast. We were told "breakfast is not included, read your contract." We had no contract to read, only the description on Booking. We asked about coffee and were told reluctantly that the coffee was free, but the coffee machine was not turned on and had to be flushed prior to use. So, we were confused about the "Continental breakfast" listed on the Booking site and also about reviews that mentioned room service.

Clear and friendly communication with host, personal check in. Easy parking in front of the hotel or the street. Little bit outside of the center (30 min walk). Quiet and spacious room with airco and fridge. Basic but good breakfast. Some dust on the floor but throwaway slippers were provided.

Very neat and clean in the apartment. Every day they cleaned and changed bed linen. Breakfast is good. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. The air conditioner in the room worked well and it was comfortable. The view from the room to the city was wonderful. It was very quiet in the evening and at night. We had a great rest.

The owners are wonderful! They are very nice and very helpful! The driveway was steep.
