Everything, super clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. The breakfast offerings were restaurant quality.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, perfect location in a lovely town

It is a beautifully renovated building. Renovation is very good with a modern feel to the rooms. The bathrooms are spacious. Air-conditioning present. The breakfast was OK. Easy walking distance to many sites. Beautifully quiet at night. Parking is a bit of a distance. And it doesn’t matter if you approach from above or below, you will have flights of stairs to get to the entrance of the hotel. The walk-in shower is beautiful, but be careful. Very slippery.

Lovely, spacious and very clean. We felt like we were staying in a castle. Just steps away from all the restaurants and shops, we enjoyed it very much!

Friendly and helpful staff Everything was great. Only thing I would suggest someone that has difficulty walking up stairs should not stay at the hotel. There are many stairs to walk before you reach the entrance.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are all so kind! We booked a room with a patio and it was perfect. I would recommend staying here.

Amazing stay! Five star accommodations at three star prices. Beautiful historic inn in the heart of town. Room was huge with both sea and city views. Staff went out of their way to make this stay wonderful and the included breakfast was the best I've had in years. Huge helpings, great variety, and most important, Momma's homemade deserts! We will be back! Nothing, great place.

We stayed 8 nights and absolutely loved the location, everything was within walking distance, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, and being able to enjoy it outside on the patio in front of the hotel made our mornings even more special. Nothing in particular, everything met our expectations.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. We had a Jr. Suite room, which was on the top floor, in the corner -- great views. Historic Nafplio is relatively small and walkable, so I don't know if there's a bad location. But the location of this hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable, modern, and clean. The bathroom was also modern, clean, layed out well, and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly, professional, and very responsive. We would happily stay here again, without hesitation. Breakfast was included, and it was a much better than typical -- great quality, excellent presentation, good above-average variety. We liked everything about this hotel.

The staff were very helpful with recommendations. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It is situated beneath the ancient fort and the windows open out to views of the old town and the port. Not the hotel’s fault but might be useful information - the steps under our window seemed to be the meeting place for the town’s youth late at night. Also keep in mind you have to carry your luggage up a set of steps to the entrance.
