Everything…it was so centrally located..a beautiful property and even more beautiful and quaint room…that ceiling height..amazing..Very spacious and Anastasia who basically did everything during our stay was absolutely so lovely and kind. It was a terrific experience!!! Nothing!!! I was initially concerned about dropping off luggage because you are in a square with no cars allowed but drop off is literally a few feet away so that worked out unbelievably well!!!

I had a lovely stay. I visited Nafplio for just one day, but I wish I could have stayed longer because of this accommodation. Everything was convenient, the location was perfect, the room was clean and fresh, and the staff were super friendly. Highly recommended.

Anastasia made our stay worth it!! We were not happy with the room but she provided wonderful advice about participating National Day and important advice for moving our car so it didn’t get towed during a Marathon!!! Breakfast was extravagant! The room was not as advertised. Very small; hardly enough room for our luggage. The room was NOT soundproof as advertised; loud noises late on the square all 5 nights.

The wifi was slightly spotty, and it was a weak security wifi, but it did the job and worked okay.

The breakfast was phenomenal! The location was perfect with the best views. Our host gave us great recommendations for restaurants and shops.

We were in Nafplio in December, when there are no crowds. He had a very nice large room with seating area and view of the square. The location was extremely convenient and although the hotel is located in the central square, Old Town does not allow for any cars so it was very quiet. The staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast, served downstairs in the restaurant/coffee shop is ample and fresh. Location is central and we could walk everywhere, including a local beach. The lighting in the closet area was dark, and needs an upgrade. Reception desk is on the second floor on top of the restaurant/coffee shop (where all the rooms are also located) and the manager was located in another building all together. It would have been nice to be offered help with my bag before check in, but I am sure that the organization is much better during busy summer times.

Wonderful location on large square with great restaurants, stores, and people. A few blocks to shore line. Fantastic breakfast included at downstairs restaurant. No elevator, but some luggage assistance from waiter’s from hotel owned restaurant downstairs when available.

Absolute perfect location and our balcony was huge and faced the square. Absolutely nothing. Perfect spot

We had a room with a balcony and kitchenette that was situated above Syntagma Square. We had exceptional service from Anastasia who always helped us out with directions and recommendations. Nil.

This is a very charming and traditional property and very authentic. We loved it. Olga the is very helpful and efficient. A magical place.
