The choice was not random. The place is an old historical building in the most picturesque part of the old historical city. And although not being the first row on the sea, the balcony offers magnificent views (...and feeling!...) on one of the most iconic old alleys near it!... For the price of a 5* hotel (....almost 200€), one would expect more comfort, more amenities, more service, more.... ....for sure, not lifting his own luggage two steep staircases up, or not having an extra towel (in case he's big, like I am!....) Also, for such a boutique small hotel that has its own restaurant, serving breakfast between 7-11, does NOT offer neither any boutique feeling, nor any premium treatment that could (at least) match the 190€ per night, for a 25m2 room....

Nice boutique hotel in the heard of old town Nafplio. Walk to anywhere is easy and the central square is just a couple of blocks over. Comfortable beds, great breakfast and friendly service. N/A

This place is absolutely stunning! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful -- not just spotlessly clean and comfortably, but well designed and imaginatively decorated. (We were warned they might be small, but I found them quite spacious, and perfectly equipped, literally everything you could want.) Highly recommend!

An absolutely terrific experience--would highly recommend and would stay there again

This property is in the old town in a prime location only a block off the waterfront. There is ample parking about a 10 min walk away less if you lucky to find a spot in the closer parking lot. I read comments about noise when booking but the place was very quiet! The town is walkable as is a swimming spot. We enjoyed our time in Nafplio!!

The room.is amazing and also breakfast Nothing

The room was indeed very clean, and decorated in a modern, urban style. Obviously renovated. The breakfast was decent. There were some options, not a great range of them, but the job got done. The hotel was located in the centre of the Old City of Nafplio. The staff ware polite, but distant. They (only begrudgingly) accommodated a request we had in regards with a late checkout (extended by just one hour) because of the race that was taking place in the city. The room was very, VERY small. With the twin bed, there was only a tiny corridor of space to get from one side of the room to the other. The room seemed like a large box to us. The shower water just would not drain fast enough, and it ended up overflowing out of the shower space and into the rest of the tiny bathroom. It was a living space barely enough for one person, definitely not two. And for all of these, it was hugely overpriced.

They were kind enough to upgrade our room & gave us the same rate for the second evening. Very accommodating in every way.

The bathroom was tiny, like squeeze-in small and we are not large people. The shower was not intuitive but we only flooded the floor once. The lighting in the room is very dim - inadequate.

Nice place to stay with exceptional breakfast included

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

Nice location close to restaurants and the center of the city. Close proximity to attractions and a beach. Very good breakfast included, in the nearby restaurant. Our room was a bit tight. The shower door didn't close and had to be propped by foot to avoid splashing water all over the bathroom. The sink was small and fine only to wash hands. Everything else was cumbersome, especially washing the face because the faucet was in the way.

Unbeatable location, 1 block from the seafront. Free parking. Comfortable room and bed, delicious breakfast. Would def stay again. Two thumbs up! Nothing not to like.

Location, design of hotel, staff, breakfast. All good. if you book here you get plenty of warning about possible noise and steep stairs up to rooms but we managed fine with both.

    Steep stairs

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

The rooms were very nice and comfortable

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Exceptional decor. Breakfast is fantastic. People are super nice. Heart or the city. We had 3 rooms and it was not noisy. Nothing we did not like about the property. We stayed 3 nights. Only “struggle” some days was to find a parking place at the port. This part of town is very busy late afternoon.
