ibis Navi Mumbai Hotel

Staff , they are so sweet and friendly. From the reception staff to kitchen staff all were very supportive and helpful. Specially Mr.Aakash from kitchen department, my special thanks to him and regards.

Nothing to Like, no response from the staff. restaurant staff do not care me and my colleagues had to wait 2 days to get a cheese omlette :) can you believe they said we do not have cheese in the hotel..... rooms a very congested, not clean and your telephone in the room does not work. the worst is the restuarant staff they do not remove the plates nor provide any spoons or tissues or atleast water all we have to go by our self and get it.

The rooms are really not great as what they are charging, small rooms, tv unit was pathetically done at this hotel, like a 1 star hotel arrengement. The rooms make us feel that we are not in comfortable space like what we actually paid for, lobbies they make great but charging hefty some for what they offer Refer above

Alley and rooms were not pleasant smelling may be because the ac wasn’t turned on and kept

Good breakfast, ideal location Took slightly longer for the room to cool, bathroom is a bit cramped

Car Park not suitable for normal cars, the fish antennae got damaged. Modify you parking and post a person to advise on car parking

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and generous. A special mention to Rohan, Jagat, and Prathamesh they truly made our stay memorable with their outstanding hospitality.

All the way from Delhi, We had an amazing stay . from breakfast to dinner it is just yummy .. The staff are so helpful and dedicated especially the restaurant staff, we met two hardworking, professional and diligent staff namely Jagat who does the best chai and hot chocolate and Rohan who has always been helpful in choosing the right dishes for us .. The whole restaurant staff are very welcoming.. and also from the front desk Chandan was very helpful and professional and he always gave a sweet smile. The rooms are very clean .. overall we had an amazing experience and whenever I am coming to Navi Mumbai that will be the hotel we will definitely come again .. five star plus rating .. Thank you

Only location The economy rooms are extremely small, with very cramped, airplane-style bathrooms that are quite uncomfortable. The staff were genuinely kind and supportive, so this is not a service issue — it reflects poor management and overall customer handling. They also seemed understaffed, as there was no one available to deliver luggage; the receptionist who checked me in ended up carrying my bags to the room herself. The breakfast quality was also very poor. Even basic items like butter were served uncovered in open cubes on a plate, which is unacceptable. For a charge of INR 6,500, this overall experience was highly disappointing and not worth the price.
