The hotel is located in the industrial area of TTC, Mahape, Navi Mumbai. So mostly surrounded by businesses rather than sightseeing. This hotel is a good choice if you are visiting for business around the area. I chose a deluxe room which was spacious with all required amenities. My stay was comfortable with good selection of breakfast and buffet dinner. Provided Wifi was also fast and upto the mark. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Not many but these could have been better: 1. Hot water control in the bath. Control on hot&cold mixing ratio is somewhat faulty, required lot of adjustments. 2. SPA therapists not so well trained compared to other similar hotel standards.

We have been going to this property since we were an unmarried couple. This time we went with our newborn kid. Property had only one baby cot which wasn't available for us, the double bed was made by joining 2 single beds which made the sleeping for baby impossible. The change of room which they gave was a downgrade when I had paid for a better room, they refused to refund the difference

Nothing We I’m loyal customer of booking and I have trusted you for this hotel but this hotel is totally different than mentioned pictures. We had group booking and most of the rooms were not clean at the time of check and even blood stain on bed sheets and curtains, long hair on floor, unhygienic. It was looking like some 1star hotel and disaster services. Also in currency conversation they charged us big amount than what we agreed at the time of book. After putting card in machine for payment they were not even letting customer to select option of currency. We felt cheated and we want full refund for this stay.

The hotel team was very proactive and acknowledge every time you pass by reception or anywhere staff with a smile. They all had a clear sense of purpose of their employment, Guest service ! Basically an overall very good and pleasent experience.

Liked the food served in the restaurant. Easy access to all cities around. Quality check on the Food served by the room service . Tea served with insect in the tea kettle. We informed the same to hotel reception desk and room service supervisor. Reason to informed room service to improve their quality check and avoid repeating the same with other guests in future.
